LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY INHERITANCE
Lord God, You are my Inheritance, as You love me unconditionally
Thank You for stretching out Yor arm to protect me greatly
Let me fear You honourably and cleave unto You firmly
With Your commandments that instruct me constantly.
Lord God, You are my Inheritance, as You manifest to me for Your miracles
Thank You for teaching me to fight by faith my flesh-tentacles
Let me abide in Your strength away from worldly spectacles
With Your provisions of goodness assured by Your truth’s oracles.

For my faith to increase, braced by Your assertion of no substitutes.
Thank You for teaching me Your Word
With the effectiveness of divine record
According to how You express “Thus saith the Lord…”
For my soul to trust You, cleaving to the Holy Ghost’s sword.

By the grace of God, we can follow* Him humbly
As His privileged children by virtue of adoption
Duly ransomed with His mercy’s offered redemption
And called to present ourselves to Him honourably.
With God as our Driver, we are led by His wisdom
Having been illumined from sins’ obscurity
Sanctified from iniquities for regenerated life’s beauty
Enabled to advance His heavenly kingdom.
Led by the Lord toward faith-propelled service-might
We are moved to fulfill function He has assigned
While brightened to shine as biblically designed
With His truth as guide along His love’s light.
Marching by the Supreme Master’s command
We tread stewardship road of faithfulness
Performing by His bestowed skillfulness
Obeying Him, trusting His blessed demand.

With Your granted adoption for our divine identity
Making us blessed as Your children throughout eternity.
We praise You, Lord, for providing us the best Book
Such is the Bible that keeps us from worldliness’ hook
With Your illumined vision for our scriptural truth’s look
Making us wise unto our faith’s perfection in every nook.
We praise You, Lord, for providing us the best story
Such is the Gospel of Your glorious victory
With Your bestowed conversion burying our old nature’s misery
Making us obedient so that Your name we can honourably carry.
We praise You, Lord, for providing us the best privilege
Such is serving You by Your grace we acknowledge
With Your supplies along stewardship-mileage
Making us fruitful in the ministry by Your guided knowledge.

HEART THAT FOLLOWS GOD WHO KNOWS THE WAY
Our heart follows God Who knows the way as we abide in His commandments
Along His love’s caring accomplishments
While esteeming His favour in all our divine engagements
Indeed, glorifying Him in our achievements.
Our heart follows God Who knows the way as we obey His wisdom
Along His mandate in advancing His kingdom
While seeking His will with spiritual freedom
Indeed, pleasing Him, overcoming boredom.
Our heart follows God Who knows the way as we trust His direction
Along His guidance through His instruction
While walking upon His ways with devotion
Indeed, magnifying Him midst praise-filled jubilation.
Our heart follows God Who knows the way as we uphold His standard
Along His principles in moving spiritually upward
While valuing His entrusted ministry with due regard
Indeed, offering to Him our all midst trials so hard.
Our heart follows God Who knows the way as we remain in His righteousness

Mirth-filled, children converse boisterously
Presenting their future jobs jovially
As the best and greatest, well-said pridefully
Midst innocence, sans ignorance of witty perspective cheerfully.
Child A: I’ll be an actor with varied roles distinctly
Ruling as president, then reigning as king honourably
And I can just command here and there constantly
Then if tired, I’ll call for my “double” instantly!
Child B: Aside from doing good works tirelessly
I’ll be a minister, very kind to everybody
How nice it would be to hear Grandmas sweetly
Call me “Father,” though I’m so young obviously!
Child C: A pilot I will be courageously
Soaring beyond the clouds gleefully
Greeting eagles ecstatically
While people look up above, waiting for my landing excitedly!
Child D: I’ll be a barber with finest style awesomely
Instructing officers, even the king to bow down carefully
For their hair to be cropped handsomely
And become good looking winsomely.
Child E: Well, I’ll be your teacher who smiles triumphantly
Inspiring you to reach your aims diligently
Commending you for your noble jobs victoriously

Thank You for unshackling me from worthlessness by Your deliverance-might

Unto Your borders of standards set for spiritual height.

upbringing me around Your blessed covenant
Thank You for unyoking me from troubles that make me wearily pant

You first came to us in humble bowing and grace
But today contempt is written all over your face
You now have amassed wealth and still more you collect
And it dawns on you that these things you must protect
And so you demean, intimidate and dare quash out esteem
Making believe that we are not worth wealth's slightest gleam
But remember that God through men put you there
But consequence will be fair and square
You pride shouts aloud your weaknesses
To a large and listening crowd of witnesses
And their hurt hearts wish to prompt you of your numbered days
But whether offense leaves or stays
Remember them honourably or they choose to forget you
And when you are compelled to fit their shoe
You will sadly remember of a glory to which you cannot return
For fire can destroy but for only a while does it burn.
