Death Is Nothing: the True Story of Nat Turner - Part 1

The original version of this piece is too long for me
to post in its entirety, so it had to be sectioned off. Of
all that I've written, I am most proud of this work due
to its historical accuracy. I hope you enjoy it as well. It
was an honor to write this.

Lying in this shallow ditch I hear as they arrive, the
miracle of God is all that's keeping me alive,

and it is that belief in God to which each day I strive,
surprised at this much faith? Just simply gaze into
my life.

Was born in 1800, month October 2nd day, and knee
high to a hopper when my daddy ran away,

before you climb your soapbox and begin to think
that way, remember these are times when all the
black folk here are slaves.

Imagine being sold like stock, to work when cold or
hot, the overseers beatin people if they're old or not,

do not defy the owner, best believe you will be sick,
of getting 10 to 20 lashes from the master's whip.

My last name wasn't given at my birth and that's a
fact, my given name's Nathaniel but they choose to
call me Nat,

the surname of my owner Samuel is what I claim,
you put it all together yes, Nat Turner is my name.

I think about Old Bridget, that's my grandmother you
know, they snatched her out of Ghana, brought her
here to freezing cold,

she ran the Coromantee who were known for slave
revolts, she watched the seeds get planted in me
grow and take a hold.

I thought myself the lucky one for I could read and
write, it brought me to The Bible and I learned to
read it right,

then spent my childhood years admidst the Spirit up
above, it fit my needy soul just like a mitten or a glove.

I ran away at first when I was only 22, I should've
stayed away because I really wanted to,

but 1 month later, picture this it's me a black man
free, a vision told me that I should go back and that
was key.

The visions I receive I know are messages from
God, Old Bridget had religion shining deep within my
heart,

I will inform the brethren and won't stop until they're
saved, The Prophet is the name that I was called by
fellow slaves.

As 6 years pass of this I know it never is too late, the
hands of the Almighty have me primed for
something great,

I carry heavy shoulders for a man of 28, until I
worked the master's field one faithful day in May........

I Am the God of War the Bringer of Peace

Mastermined racism through religion
in order for world peace
humbled myself , the former god in heaven
to become your homeless king of earth
about to rule my lost empire

The blackmen typical special ops
to prevent genocide
East Indian peoples a form of intelligence
which has been granted for them on the front lines
of a war between two different types of white peoples
the natives a doomsaying soothesayer of realities and truths, the protectors of such
things
The japanese waiting patiently undercover
while the chinese learn to abolish torture and blackmail
white people detectives at he scene of the crime

psychiatrists and doctoers and malpractice to those who pretend to be good people
volunteers at the homeless shelters crippling our society like an underground from
somewhere else

I am a god in this way
preventing yopu from repeating heiroshima somewhere else
protect the world from their worldly enemies through mastermining religion
and your life lessons
the stanic will to survive on the quest for truth to protect he good left alive
like a black plague reminder of a sickness and truths twisted
lessons on language and the fall of babel to recommunicate with our inner healer

The city i live in today
one day the center focus of earth
to be a haven for the world's homeless
do not prioritise this for me as i have just begun to win the future war of the worlds
a sleight of reality, beliefs and, spiritua;ity keeping you deadlocked
the fact earth a center of heaven for that is what it once used to be

walking through life as your cheatsheet to your history exam
i remind many of mankind's legacy
yet you worship my worste nightmare
i havno choice but to smote my enemy
as you aid me in lioving through my dreams

the rescue mission of your homeless king
to rule over you
as a sexual healing granted
my first dream to be along the way
to prove myself to me
i hope mankind allows this to be succesfull

Death Is Nothing: the True Story of Nat Turner - Part 2

I heard a loud noise in the heavens, God what can it
be? The air around me shimmered then a Spirit
came to me,

I couldn't move a muscle due to hard work in the
heat, the Spirit then began to speak direct and
indiscreet.

'Nathaniel listen closely for these words are very
true, you're looking for a purpose? Well the Serpent's
very loose,

you know that Jesus lay the yolk he bore for sins of
men, you must engage the Serpent for the time's
approaching when,

the 1st will be the last my son and last will come in
1st, the knowledge you've acquired will most surely
quench your thirst,

this great work is your task from God oh ye of flesh
and bone, so go and slay your enemies with
weapons all their own.'

It took communication to devise those early plans, I
had my 4 most trusted with me, Henry, Hark and
Sam,

and Nelson too providing bits of info that I sought,
these plans will take us weeks oh yes but forth they
shall be brought.

I saw the sun eclipsing as a sign attack the land, it
looks as though it's being covered by a black man's
hand,

the bluish-green eclipse of August 1831, the final
sign envisioning the slaughterfest to come.....

I Ride the Wind

17 April 2011 9:45 Am

I ride the wind and travel the earth
I always ave since the begining of my birth

I was consieved within the heart of God
And was born on the wind from the mouth of God

We rushed forth as He said " Let there be Light"
And across the waters we started our flight

We helped dry the land as the waters gathered to form the sea
We cleaned the dust from the plants as God declared them to be

The wind whistled a gleefull tune through the trees
As He made the stars for all to remember me

Then we helped Gods birds learn to fly as we supported their wings
We made waves on the ocean for His fish to help keep it clean

And then we watched with awe and wonder
As He created creatures of every kind and splendor

The last was made with His very hands
In His own image He made man

We were drawn into His lungs
And He breathed us out into His creation His young

The man opened up his eyes to see
The Father of all and the wind and me

And as God looked around at what He had done
He settled down to rest and that was week one

Who am I you ask? Who can I be?
Why I am time and history!

A Commemoration For Tm

From Topeca County
                     To Maryland and back
Thurgood spoke to the little flock
                "I've opened door and country,
Now children, in the struggle don't look back
O children, don't you look back."

Man made laws defended their immoral cause
But the Spirit of God is not blind
Education's sun the cold chill now thaws
We'll show you have an eqaul but better mind
From this struggle, children, don't look back
O children, don't you look back

Rise up, Phoenix, now take your place
Wing the senates, the schools and courts
O shine the bright lamps of your face
To plough the darkness, seed beyond sports
Carry the struggle, and don't look back
O children, don't you look back

Then Thurgood went to sleep, God rest him
Press the strugglr for your children and for love of him.

My Poem Dedicated To the Greek Gods...

Zeus, thou art the king of gods,
The ruler of the heavens,
Wielder of Aeigis and the lightning rod,
Which are your personal weapons.

Poseidon, thou art the earth-shaker,
The ruler of the seas,
Weilder of the trident, brother of the rain-maker
The gifts of horses made from thee.

Hades, thou art the god of rich,
The ruler of the dead,
Made thy home by river Styx,
In the underworld of dread.

Aphrodite, thou art the goddess of beauty,
you are like no other,
Sympathetic, elegant, and ever so pretty,
In the hearts of many lovers.

Athena, thou art the goddess of wisdom,
And ever so athletic,
You are a fine craftsman and the only one
To wield Aegis,whom Zeus entrusted.

Ares, thou art the god of war,
brutal and loves to destroy,
strike one blow with your mighty sword,
to kill one with lust and joy.

When Death Became Reality

In days of great philosophy
Debate exposed false sophistry
Where trust was in mythology
That promised Godly equity
When death became reality.

And reasoned men could once again
Speak truth to power without pain
From despots who secured each gain
Co-opting God for their domain
Of vile debaucheries so vain.

What moral compass spoke the word
To pedophiles in robes absurd
That swore it was the Christ they heard
Who blessed the pot of sin they stirred
As rape of children long endured.

Oh Ye who gather with the crowd
Beware of them who shout too loud:
"Believe that we are God endowed,
Divinely made both pure and proud"
Lest not their boasts become your shroud.

REMEMBERING

September 11th is an historical day
Memories that will not fade away

Lives were lost in this disaster
Done by men to whom God is not master

They destroyed icons on American soil
And caused American's tempers to boil

But unity came from this melee
For all the world to watch and see

With God in charge, America stands tall
United we stand, never to fall

Let's not forget the events of that day
And remember it daily as we pray

That God in His sovereignty will heal our land
That by His grace, we'll forever stand

And the USA will always be
The home of the brave and the land of the free
