The human female was tougher then he thought,
she battled as if victory is what she sought,
the vampire smiled at her,
as she was erasing the lines of pain away from her face,
He pulled at her, and she fought back,
thwarting blows, and offering a formidable attack.
The vampire couldn’t understand her need to win,
the other humans coward, and ran away,
she battled with grace and was here to stay,
this just didn’t seem right,
but she continued and she put up such a fight.
She managed to move along side a massive trunk of one fallen tree,
raising her weapon upward so the vampire couldn’t see,
he turned to face her and she stood tall,
a crushing blow that made him fall, and sway,
crawl, and pray,
as he tried to sneak away,
the sword came down and ate away at his flesh,
and his screaming instincts were actually dead wrong,
he was in darkness, and he heard the haunting song,
but before the female ended his life,
he saw a child covered in the forest mud secretly hidden away,
and the female watched his pain turn into a twisted disarray
now he understood the reason for his defeat,
she was a mother with a child to protect,
and he was a vampire that had a chance to select,
a weakling, a coward any other,
instead he chose to fight against the power of a mother.
A lonely willow stands out
from all the rest of the forest
the bark so hard and cold
that a butterfly lands
and turns to stone
Making the willow look like
a gothic statue
All dark and gloomy
Bark tearing into places
showing white raw flesh underneath
Bearing its soul a little
to the world
But who sees this willow
who hears its screams
its crys at night
when no one is around
It weeps sap from its bones
leaking it to the ground
Hoping someone or something
will see him. See the pain hes been through
He waits each day and night
and at twilight the willow
weeps another night
knowing no one will know who he is
know what hes been through
so he keeps his gothic statue
the way it is.
Just now hes trying to seal the wounds up
To seal his secrets up
With his tree trunk hollowing away
to being nothing but cracked wood
To be someone's fire wood
for the winter
Burning away for their pleasures
wilting away the pain you had
Withering away to nothingness
and yet the pains burn crimson
showering the people with a
yellow glow to their houses
Never given a moment
its heartbreak or pain
that makes it burn those colors brightly.
I hear them say, I was once a very bad and evil man
I knew of only the way's, i was taught
Now, i know only of the death, and of the blood
I, see it in my eyes, and feel it on my hands
I have never known of the pain, and of the sorrow
That i now feel from the mother's and the father's,
who, cry for their children. those of whom, i have taken
I now only laugh, and bring more pain,
To all who bring the sweet promise of gifts
I sit here and watch, those of you who think,
only their own shall survive
I bring pain by the thousands folds
To those who buy life and sell only death,
I no longer feel for you.
I won't feel the hate you have for me!
Only the pain which you now bare.
Pain is a reward for he, that has stolen life
I , now have the reward,
i traded their life's for.
