The Planet appeared behind the upholstery.
Layers of ambiguous crises lie behind.
Attractive slurs were mixed in with flowing clarity.
A new dawn has been anticipated by humankind.

The range of options given to humanity is critical.
To allow for the transformation of this dread.
Assert, through truth analysis, that it's factual.
To prosper, we must live in tune with the Land.

Complex and nestled in a devilish heart,
stifling horror and provoking calamity anger,
There is a strong urge to exhibit nature in paint.
People who are aware of it are struck with terror.

Associated with those who had dubious thoughts.
To improve the global economic state.
We are on a conflicting path with such structural aughts
At the moment, fear preponderates on the planet.

Several problems and clashes across frameworks.
Short pressure and vast ambiguity are combined.
Across the recovery, they are all aiming to follow lurks
During the building of Great Reset, a lot of things have occurred.

An acquisition to defend humanity needs to be issued.
Examine the love and longing hidden under the sorrow.
The rise of each day enchants the mind.
The skylines will impel to glow after years of murky shadow.

My soul and body have never been good friends
They are in enmity, constantly at logger heads
When my body aspires to have riches and fame
My soul strives those tempestuous desires to tame

When my body seeks to have fun and frolic in whole
My soul yearns to see me freed from their deathly control
It recognizes, there is a life higher than this earthly life
Free from ego and all bondages of conflicting strife

While great currents of bodily aspirations perpetually rise
The soul longs to capture the eternal heavenly prize
As desires come crowding like rising waves
To wrest dominion from them is what my soul craves

From all tumultuous passions, it wishes to stay free
Also, from all agonizing and enslaving thoughts, flee
Though life is one of crippling chaos, struggle, and pain
From adversities, soul strives to have everlasting gain

The pleasures of the body can only ensnare me
So, my soul, from all incarcerating passions, wishes to flee
It keeps a wish list like Love and Compassion to fill the breast
Also, Kindness, Thankfulness and Composure to calm me to rest

As the river seeks the sea, when life comes to its end,
I seek Thee my Lord and in you, my soul wishes to blend
Then in pure bliss and deep content, I will sing a joyous song
Freed from all sorrows that once throttled me in throng

Transcend

Transcend the world of darkness, beyond where human senses can go
perceive the existence of this reality, you would otherwise never know
waiting for you is your destiny, preordained, you alone have this control
preparations for the future, by casting off the body, elevating the soul

Transcend all physical boundaries, limitations are a figment of the mind
close your eyes and you'll see, following others is what keeps you blind
achievements are within your abilities, only others try and hold you back
hoping for you to stumble, harboring hidden jealousies, waiting to attack

Transcend the pettiness of an egotistical world, where the center of all is Me
until your life changes, until you become a giver, the truth you will never see
a world without is connected to our world within, bound by words and actions
another paradox of human existence, finding unity among conflicting factions

Transcend the selfishness of your surroundings, none of us are really fully immune
witnessing people with two faces, feigning kindness, wanting us to play their tune
surviving instability of an ever changing world, seek comfort in things of purpose
find consolation in this truth, the world is not what it appears to be on the surface

Transcend the resident evil clouding your thinking, and you'll free yourself to finally live
escaping from those pitfalls of hatred and bigotry, realizing the ultimate good is to give
now having come full circle in your life, you will understand the jewel you have found
spreading goodness to others, with an endless light of happiness, will you be crowned

Premium Member Fake Agreement Comes To Light Again

Talks of putting borders back up again
in those whom takes away the civil rights and freedom
to express opposition against those whom divide people's liberty
undermining the peace agreement that was signed by elite bodies
like every agreement liars to the very word out of order
Now this becomes a broken record scratching
from our past nightmares in those coming back
in that which has left haunting images behind us
not forward this policy for our children's sake
We are not pawns in a power struggle game
your pen has become weak without value
when every word is filled with conflicting lies

From blood to Thought

With every loving beat, of my swollen heart
– upon these crimson vessels, giving life to –
ride millions of thoughts, thoughts of you
riding on the zenith, the crest of every wave
flowing, turbulently down these shrinking, hardened,
aged, bluish tunnels of hope’s dreams,
dreams that reach into energy fields,
electrifying dormant synapses into glowing rainbows
of conflicting forces that wage never ending battles,
battles of whether or not there can be, will be,
could ever be that preverbal pot of gold,
the gold that can only exist- be found within
and within a pure, undefiled, undesecrated,
unbroken heart, not the heart that beats
to the tunes of that drum pounding out
ice castles, stone cold walls, the iron used in
erecting cages, the beat of shovels excavating
a trench in mother earth face, for that moat
- all these have I seen, have I felt, I have experienced -
that locks in your beauty, keeps out the light, the fires
that could, would want to evaporate, turn to dust, dry up,
remove the veils that guard, that hide, that protect
that beautiful, imprisoned light, that light that hides
behind masks, masks that hide in order to attract’
that seem to attract like kind – birds of a feather –
mirrors, mirrors, the twins - not the one’s that reflect
images of truth denied the conscious self while in sleep
dreaming the dreams of ?, that lay beyond today’s reality
of unrealistic expectations, of unnecessary fears,
fears justified by life’s journey throughout all your years
hidden behind beautiful, dry, hardened eyes without tears
for what has been freely, lovingly given
- rejected, for hopes and a desire to touch that illusive,
delusional White Knight ( Mr. Right to come into ) –
to fill your life, your sight with visions that just might
be able to satisfy, the unsatisfiable in you.

ADDICTION

ADDICTION

Some argue about the definition
We’ve all seen many a depiction
Smokers, junkies, and others too
There’s many a conflicting view
But whether habit is an addiction
At least, I take my own position

There are receptors in the brain
And chemicals that do stimulate
It’s difficult to determine pleasure
But with study, one can measure
In society, less acceptable of late
But it’s easy to just light up again

To break the cycle is the intention
Smoking is promoted as obscene
The simplest solution lies with tax
But, does anyone know the facts
Yet stuff more toxic than nicotine
On the streets with little mention

Addiction can be a lifelong battle
Drink and drugs a common theme
Yes, we need to better understand
It stays popular even when banned
Stopping it now is merely a dream
Just listen to the prison bars rattle

Premium Member Caught In Between

Conflicting are familial ties that bind
As my activist brother once declared
This summon for probing, he declined
In a crucial time when revolts had snared
Our birthmark of freedom, then endangered.

Harder the choice for Dad caught in between
Love for son and a general’s duty;
As nights set to embark on our planned scheme
Father hid my sibling across a far sea,
Believing in our home’s earned dignity.

…………..
My brother was a college student and leader
of an activist movement during the People Power
Revolution in our country.
Though under suspicion for violent acts,
we all knew he was innocent, especially my father.

Satire-Read the Warning Signs

There's a potential fine line
between SAFETY AND DANGER...
go to the beach to swim safely,
never stray too far from the lifeguards.

There's a conflicting fine line
between LIE AND TRUTH...
" Is it okay to cheat as long
as it stays a secret?" Where's fidelity?

There's a huge fine line
between disregarding a NO LITTERING SIGN
AND A HEFTY FINE...beware of that cop
who's constantly on the lookout.

There's a hazardous fine line
between HEALTH AND SMOKE...
refrain from smoking in public places,
think of others before yourself.

There's a costly fine line
between DUNG AND DOG...
clean after your pet, or get fined
two hundred fifty dollars...isn't that a lot?

Premium Member Of Allegorical Wrinkling

Once again we’re wedged in a wrinkle
of time in our lives; a wrinkle that can’t
be so easily ironed out and pressed away.
Yet the ironing board of solutions remain up
and challenging steam continues to gush out;
however, conflicting political sizing complicates
the strained ironing out process…stalling progress.

Those of us familiar with social distance look on
in curious awe at the pandemonium of the social elite
sanitizing and quarantining themselves from each other.

Meanwhile, let us not be remiss nor dismayed by the
present dilemma; let us give it inherent attention; for
before modernity, our ancestors—the help—the hidden
numbers—laid out and taught us ingenious methods
of smoothing out nagging wrinkles inhibiting our progress.

Thus, let us not forget to remember those under the mattress
techniques designed to keep us healthy and strong in our journey
along the wrinkling road towards all-inclusiveness in this nation’s
pursuit of happiness through social, economical and political equality.
