Premium Member Joy Is Found In Christ-

There is a riff out here
Hatred in the air
And it seems that some of us just don't care
I can't even get along with myself where
There's hope yes there's hope
 Joy is found
Where there's love
Love is Christ is bound
If you let Him inside your heart
Let's love
Let love last
I said Joy is found in Christ
Say it again out loud
Joy is found in Christ
Put down our bats
Stop carrying the hate
Smashing down the walls of freedom
Collectively I found no one interested in mine
And let's raise our collective arms
Allow peace abound and live let God be ever-present
in your hearts Joy is found in Christ say it again and out loud Joy is found in Christ where there's hope Joy is found where there is love
Love is Christ is bound if you let Him inside your heart
Let love last
Joy is found in Christ

The Valkryie

God is good to everyone; so when you love, be in love.

Said to me a Sable Hoplite in mottled clothes; guarding the memoir of his dead wife in Boston’s subway transit.

Robbing a pedestrian of a moment's time as he did from banks for fiat claims and capital climbs via violent crimes.

He intimidates the hive mind as well as mine, but we are receptive.

Like all under the devil's thumb, we wish to traverse the red wall.

I look to my side and see a cherub evolving into a matron of unworldly skies.

Her will soars like a whirlwind sword that scores the fabric of time.

She fosters the orphaned spirit and walks the literal and figuratively blind through their valley of darkness.

Her and I are vagrant and lost like nomads; but we find homage in one another.

Attracting like covalent and ionic bonds.

She’s an eclectic electric Aryan blonde with the constellation Pleiades in the lines of her palm.

The lines are in cursive and those who read and heed its words will hear the echo of the Celestine.

The Valkyrie, oh so cunning and keen; so intent to take me to Valhalla.

She passively leads the Liberation Army; to their respective terminals and posts.

As if to intervene.

Co-collectively, they carry the virtue of a justified rebellion in the form of a military coup.

Encouraged to face the truth even in her absence, a man finds he must transmute.

The power of Black women walking together

the power of Black women walking together as a community
to know that there's nothing we can't accomplish when we move in unity
turnt, turnt, turnt up
now ready to reach new heights
animated, invigorated and stimulated
to walking by faith and not by sight
wearing our denims and pearls
as we traverse the red carpets of life
in shades of red with crowns on our heads for we are queens in the Kingdom of Christ

the power of Black women walking together is a sight to behold
a cohesive solidarity as we endeavor
to achieve our goals
nurturers, supporters and devoted encourages are we
women of God with humble hearts
striving affectionately
just don't discount us and don't miscount us for we are a feminine multitude
on a heavenly altitude, living the Beatitude with a Jesus is my Savior attitude

the power of Black women walking together
as we lift up our communities
champion young black minds,
none of our kids to be left behind
now given every opportunity
We got you say no more
know that you are not alone
for we are praying warriors walking with you. through all of life storms

the power of Black women walking together as one body in Christ
knowing we won't fail, we will prevail
on a massive scale as we promote life
so please take note
as we are damn sure woke
and we vote as often needs be
for we are black women walking in our purpose to defend democracy
we are mothers, aunts, daughters and nieces determined to do our best
collectively working in concert
to whatever cause we need to address

the power of Black women walking together as daughters of the King
knowing in our hearts, we abide by God
and his wisdom we impart in everything
the power of Black women walking together as we advance the Great Commission unceasingly praying, never straying
staying focused on our Christian mission
we won't back up, we won't back down
and in your face we will be
for we are Black women walking together
building powerful communities
just don't get it twisted
and don't get defensive
as we are major demographic factor
because Black women walking together
have more power than a nuclear reactor

we are Black women walking together

Premium Member Suddenly Swans

Our Tall Duckling (original title)

Our daughter, always through her childhood,
at least a head above any other girl in her class,
stands somewhere offstage now
with long lashes darkened by mascara
and with lips and cheeks painted pink.
She waits with other nervous pre-teens in her group
where I left them - acting silly and softly giggling
as many twelve-year-old girls grouped together are wont to do.

Adorable kindergarten-age girls are now on the stage,
tap-dancing out of sync to the tune of  “Stray Cat Strut.”
As their music fades, they prance away, stage-left.
Our Angela, strikingly tall in her white sparkling tutu
and angelic as her name implies, sets foot on the stage
as if leading the flock of other lovely daughters
of other proud parents.
We collectively hold our breath -  cameras ready -
as all the young girls converge in the center of the stage,
on ballerina tip-toes  and with graceful, fluttering arms,
suddenly swans!

July the Fourth
By Franklin Price
7/1/2016

July the fourth we celebrate
The red, the white and blue
And all that this great country
Brings to the world and me and you

Our founding fathers pledged their lives
Their freedom did declare
July the fourth of seven-six
Just imagine you were there

No longer were they willing
To bow to England's rule
They signed the Declaration
With pen their lives did pool

To stand up to the power
That controlled their lives back then
To begin a revolution
They prayed to God that they would win

Seems we have forgotten
What it took to walk that line
To dedicate ourselves to principles
The declaration did define

Now would be a good time
To read what they declared
You should read it very closely
To see how we have fared

The parallels we're living
You may find a big surprise
To me it's very evident
Just have to open up your eyes

Need look at what has happened
Look what government has done
It might as well be England
We must resolve to end their fun

After all we are the people
Who allow the ones who rule
To complain yet to continue
Makes us collectively a fool.

Premium Member Borg: Seven of Nine

Seven of Nine was her designation.
She no longer had a name.
She was now just one drone, part of a super massive growing nation.
Life as she knew it would never ever again be the same.
Her life as an individual would be no more.
She was now assimilated. She was now a Borg.
The Borg are cyborgs basically,
a biological, cybornetical specie of unique technology.
They are a radiation adapted branch of many specie.
The Borg conquer, assimilate and incorporate as their own
the conquered's technology and biology, then the conquered are made drones.
Each drone's consciousness is linked collectively
through out the entire Borg's super massive, ever growing society.
The Borg are 100,000 fold more adapted for survival and strategy.
A collective consciousness is most effective apparently.
Many have escaped the Borg but none have ever beaten them.
It's always retreat or surrender. You just can't win.
All who encounter the Borg are always "greeted" in the very same style.
"We Are The Borg! You Will Be Assimilated! Resistence Is Futile!"
The Borg may very well at some time be our future superior race
as they continue to conquer more societies
through out our many infinite gallaxies
out there in outer space.
Anaka, (now BORG: Seven of Nine), from planet earth was on a research deep space mission
when she encountered the Borg and fell victim to her ultimate submission.
The Borg now know all of her knowledge and memory.
In short, the Borg are now very much aware of you and me.
I've this question to pose to all of you. Take it for what it is worth.
What are we all going to do
when the Borg arrive here eventually to
assimulate planet earth?

Premium Member Is There Any Hope For America Today

OH! Is there any hope for America today?
OH! Is there any hope for America today?
OH! Is there any hope for America today?

We solemnly promise to faithfully pray for
Our beloved country America today! So
That our Lord and our God will keep us
And protect us from all harm! And from
The shelters from our stormy weather!

Our nation and its people need to beseech
The heavenly throne of heaven. For our
Dearly Father protect us and keep us safe
Under the shelter of His wings! We should
Rejoice, sing, worship and praise Him!

Our people need to both individually and
Collectively repent of our habitual sins. And
Willingly to be able to forsake them! Mere
Lip service will never impress Him! He knows
The thoughts and the minds of mankind!

OH! Is there any hope for America today?
OH! Is there any hope for America today?
OH! Is there any hope for America today?

Our land worships at its alters of money,
Silver and gold! We are to have no other
God besides Him! We can not worship both
God and money! We need to turn away
From the alters of our numerous Gods!

Our country worships sexual perversions
And magic! Besides its Gods of the sports
And entertainment industries! We must
Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at
hand and who will be able to stand!

Love in Christ Jesus!

Creatures

Creatures

By Nathan Hannen

Out they came from cover, Covert in every timed movement, Now they march
Smashed from previous melees, Just a faint shadow of the men they used to be
A heart of hearts, They remained collectively as one, In the ending steps of their
lives
Broken warriors, Fighting against the odds, Until burned, Smashed, And interned, No
choice given
T'is these heroes who deserve paramount recognition, For what the end has
delivered
A time in the clock of survival, A vision in the mirrored image of freedom's vibrant eye
All to these heroes, The ultimate prize, Victory in loss and death, In accordance with
life

Premium Member five senses -

all my senses ...

long to make sense ... of YOU
what greets my gaze is perfect imperfection
lines and curves and shapes and
colors and movements
mingled with sacred intent in sublime symmetry -
features that alone might be found disconcerting
collectively arranged in ways that
steal the steadiest of breaths
and define envy
for the gods themselves ...

then, a scent ethereal ...
weaving its quiet way into my head and blood
bewitching my mind with a rarefied air of
you and Je Reviens -
an intoxicating mix of essences, visceral
aromas that rival breezes from the
of Gardens of Babylon
and send the mind spinning ...
tumbling ...

to say your voice is music
would be doing it an extraordinary injustice
like some anointed dove from heaven
it lilts on the atmosphere
and when you press it tenderly to
my ear in wafted whispers
its voltaic song penetrates my coursings
and ignites my core
harmony and heat and will ...
aria and fire ...

I live for the feel of you ...
your skin is warm satin and silk
a catkin corporeality -
electric and responsively raw
sexy little bumps erupt at my touch
your perky bow lips -
an alluring mix of raspberries and chili peppers
and the indescribable perfection of
your hand in mine
as though your fingers were created from
the spaces between ...

and oh, your taste ...
the many flavors of you are like a
banquet of rare piquancy
your mouth a tangy, sugary bubblegum treat
dermal surfaces, savory and salty -
a tease for where they lead …
and your unique angelic nectar
like some exotic potion
created and sanctified to bind my
marrow biochemically
and render me ...
unhinged …

yes -
all my senses ...
long to make sense of YOU
yet I pray like a child that they never do
for the joy is in the journey ...
and the divine …

discovery.
