Premium Member A Deadication To William Earl Davis- Where Is William Earl

Where is William Earl Davis?
He was one of my best friends growing up
From first grade to twelve grade
Where are you William Earl?
You whom nickname was Merle
Pray you’re alive and doing well

Where are you William Earl Davis?
Your works, you craft so courageous
This is not a web
Not natural, not satin nor silk
Where are you
William Earl?
He’s my brethren, I often wonder-wondering
How you are, where you are
Web William Earl Davis

Are you yet famous
Are you known you left for New York?
Creative individual yes you knew/know your craft
You were Head, the Director of Lafern Williams Center
In Omaha, Nebraska

Will if your alive Happy Birthday bro
We wrote many songs together
We were in ROTC too
We even tried to audition for Motown Records
But they were not accepting
So in your adult life you’re acting and directing

Where are you William Earl Davis?
Your works, you craft so courageous
This is not a web
Not natural, not satin nor silk
Where are you
William Earl?
He’s my brethren, I often wonder-wondering
How you are, where you are
Web William Earl Davis

Remember back in the day
We would role play
Draw and write comics too
It was you brother Phoenix
Whom got us (me) collecting comics

Where are you
William Earl?
He’s my brethren, I often wonder-wondering
How you are, where you are
Web William Earl Davis

So if you’re alive now you’ll just a few weeks left 65
Lastly again I will say Where are you?
William Earl?
He’s my brethren, I often wonder-wondering
How you are, where you are
Web William Earl Davis

I don’t have Facebook or any other social media
Don’t have your address or phone number
All I have are those memories
Of all those good times we’ve had

So hope you’re still a Play-Director
And all things with you are good no better
Happy Birthday
My friend my brother you’re courageous
Happy Birthday-William Earl Davis

Life

In life's vast tapestry, we find our way,
A journey painted in night and day.
From dawn's first light to twilight's gleam,
It's more than just a passing dream.

In infancy, we learn to crawl,
In youth, we rise, we stand, we fall.
Through teenage dreams and adult strife,
We navigate the maze of life.

With every laugh and tear we shed,
We carve the path where we are led.
In friendships true and love's embrace,
We find our peace, our resting place.

Through sunlit fields and darkest night,
We seek the meaning, the profound insight.
In joy, we dance; in sorrow, we weep,
Life's rhythm, steady, in its sweep.

In aging grace, we reminisce,
Of youthful days, of love's first kiss.
Yet, every moment, every breath,
Is a dance with time, a dance with death.

So let us live with hearts aflame,
Cherishing each moment's name.
For in life's fleeting, wondrous gleam,
We find the beauty of our dream.

Premium Member I Have Missed Them 2

When Jack, my best friend was killed, I was eleven. My heart was broken; I have not loved another dog since.

I was thirteen when my father passed away. I miss not only my father, but what could have been.

When I was twenty four, grandma died, leaving me crying. I longed for her to meet my first child; but it was not to be.

Twenty five years later, my mother departed this world The things she said to me; the inspiration given; I miss her so.

Less than a year later, my oldest sister was killed in an accident. When I received the news, I thought my heart would explode

Four years passed, and I lost an older brother to cancer. Growing up, I thought he was mean; as an adult, he was pure gold.

Less than a year later, a younger sister left us way too soon There was something special in the way she called my name

Nine years later, death again descended on another younger sister. Such a sweet and lovely soul went away to grace the streets of gold.

A year later, my oldest brother breathed his last and said goodbye. A giant slayer and leader, who blazed the trail for his younger siblings.

Premium Member What Is a Smile

What's "Not To Love When We See A Given Smile" coming out from someone who realizes that a pleasing "Smile" is really a "Gift" to anyone who views it,and is also a "Gift" to anyone who "Gives it with "Good Intentions". This is the "Double Gift" of a "Smile":Giving and taking at the same time: Good Intentions makes a "Smile" a "Friend of Mine":Giving and Taking at the same time! That is "Sublime": Smiling with "Good Intentions" at the same time!"That is "Love"! That is the smile that will last for a long while in a baby, adult,or in a child, because we all do,and can "Smile"!!!!! Smiles with "Bad Intentions" have not been mentioned so be "aware"because some smile and have bad intentions, and do not care: Let your "Smile" be a gift, and a good gift with good intentions so that we all will be able to have a beautiful smile as we "Smile"on "God's gift of "Love" with good intentions that takes us into his "Heavenly Demension" of Power,Strength with a "Smile"!!

He really does not know why. It has been this way since childhood. Oh, he's much better at it as an adult; but still, there are times, he is baffled.

It seems that from the start, he was deprived of words.                                                                                               When he was a little boy, people would say awful things;
like, "What's the matter, does the cat have your tongue?" Such a question only sent him further into the quiet zone.

Sometimes now, his lips are sealed and he has to force them open. Some people speak of a 'loss for words'; he has a 'word poverty'.

Dorothy just wanted to get back home. Tin man simply wanted a heart. Scarecrow desired a brain. Lion longed for courage.

The 'word deprived' little boy
is now a grown up man who hungers for words.

Premium Member If I were a child again, I would learn to draw worlds from lines and curves of dreams

If I were a child again, I would learn to draw worlds from lines and curves of dreams,
To breathe life into paper with colors intertwined in a silent and pure symphony,
But as an adult, I don't even know how to draw a boundary between desires and reality,
Letting the outlines fade into the fog of days that pass relentlessly.
If I were a child again, I would learn to say "no" as an incantation of freedom,
To protect my soul with gentle yet firm refusals, like the walls of a fortress,
But now, as an adult, I struggle with my own hesitations, a battle of politeness and fear,
Unable to refuse, burying myself in promises I cannot keep.
If I were a child again, I would learn to maintain order in the chaos of play,
To carefully tend the fragile gardens of intensely lived moments,
But as an adult, I have only learned to unravel things, to leave everything in disorder,
Trying to find balance on a thin thread of desires and regrets.
If I were a child again, I would learn to let go of what no longer fits,
To let the wind take memories away like the leaves of late autumn,
But as an adult, I cling to candy wrappers, to small gifts,
Kept as relics of love, fearing to lose what once was.
If I were a child again, I would learn to truly live, to breathe joy,
To dance through days without worries, to rest under a sky full of living stars,
But as an adult, I merely survive, with nights of broken rest and shattered dreams,
Searching for meaning and peace in the tumult of a life always on the run, always uneasy.
If I were a child again, I would learn what is truly necessary, essential,
So I wouldn't have to unlearn what isn't mine, to shed the false ballast,
To grow with a light heart, untouched by useless burdens and hollow dreams,
To embrace life with the pure innocence and courage of a beginning without end.

Abandoned

Now an adult she still has nightmares
As she relives that horrific day
Believing she was going shopping with her aunt
But it had never been planned that way
On the way out she kissed her mother goodbye
Excitedly she climbed into the car
A day out in the big city
To walk was way too far
The roads to the city were busy
She'd only been there twice before
So much for her to look at
She was mesmerized in awe
Reaching their destination
Parking the car then making their way
Stopping at a ticket machine
For the parking they had to pay
A ramp led them into the complex
There was so much for her to take in
Never had she seen such a sight
She didn't know where to begin
Lunch was to be had before shopping
And a coffee shop was the spot
Cucumber and avocado sandwiches
And tea they poured from a pot
Next stop was the toilets
Aunty said she'd wait out there
Washing her hands she exited
But her Aunt could be found nowhere
Not knowing what to do
Or where she should start to look
She sat on the bench seat waiting
Sobbing so hard she shook
Looking but not stopping
Many people passed her by
But then an elderly looking lady
Asked her 'Why do you cry?'
Explaining she'd lost her Aunty
And not knowing her way around
The kind lady offered to take her
To the office of 'Lost and Found'
Her Aunt never arrived to collect her
From that moment life completely changed
Unable to locate her parents
Alternative care was then arranged
That's when her new life started
Moving from home to home
Abandoned by her family
To live her life alone

Unrequited Dreams

Once more, treading the boulevard of dreams
Only the sun's glint on the corroded surface gleams
Shangri La's gate no longer in the distance beams
Steamy, foggy haze around each mile marker streams
Grand plans, lofty designs are buried deep in impermeable seams
Over once solid foundation, thinly-veiled paper reams
But bleary-eyed traveler not only his final destination deems
Sullied road with visions of grandeur, hauteur challenges teems
Once strapping lad, gilded the horizon with fairy tail themes
As fantasizing teen, the world's bounty covetous eyes did esteem
Becoming young adult, with self-patented talents did scheme
Now in ripe old age, seeking only striding memories to redeem
Looking back, the shiny, smooth road no longer appealing seems
From the rough, re-finished surface, golden dreams no longer scream

Life Is Just a Mist

LIFE IS JUST AS A MIST:

Once upon a time in this temporal world,
Where mankind is born into it to dwell.
Beautiful hearts rejoices of its arrival,
And some people stands against its survival.
Mankind goes through all the life stages.
Thus both child and adult life phases.
Mankind goes through education,
Afterwards, starts to work based on allocation.
Mankind also gets married and give birth,
Where by life cycles becomes a bit biserk.
Subsequently retires from all works.
Later on, mankind passes away,
Making life seems so unimaginable to say.
Candidly, Life is just as a mist in a thin air.

Premium Member Bonds or Cons

Questions may often arise,
As to just how far they can reach?
Where the bonds between two may
Be tested, before they are able to teach.

Early on, it's seen through our childhood,
When we endlessly search for that elusive best friend.
While we playfully mimic our adult mentors,
Only to eventually see it all as pretend.

Delving deeper, there's a constant barometer,
Piercing to gauge one's level of loyalty.
And regardless of commitment or integrity,
It's easy to think that they confused it with royalty.

What is known about these binding influences,
Relies heavily upon the truth in between.
Such that these ties can be strengthened or weakened,
By what's believed and trusted pristine.
