A cancer to which I hope to never find a cure
A kind heart filled with so much life and invaluably pure
You asked me what I was thinking about as I stared into your eyes
How the Universe could bestow me such an incredible prize
Those cute brown eyes like fires embers burning low
Feeling the warmth of my breath they return to a fiery glow
Into your dark brown eyes I slipped that day
Studying the beauty of such a mind in each & every way
Into your smoldering brown eyes I found myself hanging on your lips every word
It was like the most heavenly cherubic music the world has ever heard
In the penumbra your eyes do show
They are without question the most beautiful pair I will ever know

DEDICATION: To Paul : Tristich Series
I
Out of uttermost, depths, disappointments, baby deaths ...
We have forgiven God, the forgiveness He began in spaciousness
Our suffering is the portal to discovery: Abba-Father suffered Eden's losses
II
If we have any heirs, they'll welcome us in heaven alongside Jesus
And Trinity loved Eve as dearly as They did Adam, yet parted with Yeshua
To get more sons and daughters; Isaiah sang "It pleased God to crush Him
III
This is why we can face a spouse, loss after loss: heirs, land, home
Suffering is the only portal to take us beyond suffering: like sin, alluvial gold!
Easy to find, preciously, invaluably turning us away from here to there: my Home
