Intercessors Poems | Examples

Our God Is Not Limited

Our God is not limited
By time, space or means
And when we know our God
Then, we shall do great exploits!
For God is bigger than any problem
Bigger than any disease
Bigger than any crisis
Bigger than any network
Bigger than any giant
Occupying our promised land
God has intercessors positioned
All around the globe
For our help comes from the Lord
The maker of heaven and earth!

Premium MemberThe Church

The means instituted by our Lord to enable men at all times to share in the Fruits of His redemption are the Church and the Sacraments

The Church is the congregation of all those who profess the faith of Christ
Partake of the Sacraments and are governed by their lawful pastors under one visible head

Jesus Christ is the invisible head of the Church

Our Holy Father the Pope, the Bishop of Rome is the visible head of the Church because he is the intercessor of St. Peter, whom Christ made the chief of the Apostles and the visible head of the Church

The intercessors of the other Apostles are the Bishops of the Holy Catholic Church

Christ founded the Church to teach, govern, sanctify and save all men
All are bound to belong to the Church, and he who knows the Church to be the true Church and remains out of it cannot be saved

There Is Light After Darkness

What would we be without intercessors?
They give us hope,
During times of quiescent.
We should embrace them for their flamboyant behaviour.
We used to live a bittersweet life.
Sorrows following us like a hungry lamb following its mother.
Our situation had to be kept arcane,
So we were never allowed to play with other kids.
Poverty controlled our lives.

What would we be without intercessors?
No one could willingly make the immolation made by the intercessors.
We sure cannot separate their touching from our tactile organs.

"Poverty shouldn't define you"
We were all ambivalent when we saw the dark walking away.
Light waving as it became closer to us.
The light became brighter and we lived a quintessence life.
Eating a luscious food everyday, who would have thought?

A Firm Faith

It was a glorious, hot day soothed by the August's breeze; the town's copper bells
harmoniously chimed in their old, sturdy bell towers
as the band tuned to their festive sound with trumpets, trombones and marching drums.
The large square resounded with thousands of voices,
a procession of faithful flowed to the Church of Saint Stephen.
I ran upstairs with heavy breath to tell my sister to follow
them, but there on the flloor she layed with upward eyes, kind of lifeless;
and so hepeless not to find anyone, I stepped outside and saw
the saint's pious face and invoked Him for a miracle...suddenly I went back,
and instantly her face regained color and she began talking. I was convinced
that such a miracle happened because of my firm faith,
and that vision reinforces my belief that saints are the intercessors of God.

The Indelible Destiny of Yesteryears

Echoes of bright lights, furs disperse swirling across the waiting room
the inevitable day of the burning sun
the arrival of the yesteryears and present are already here
tears emerging from the memories of our matrix's painful sites
as we remember the footprints that our intercessors and forefathers left behind
their memories unfurl with sweating tears
along with the rose perfume scents on their favorite wears
we gradually hope to see them here
lost indelible unforgotten until our memories tear
forever in this planet we all will share
and witness a part of their energies knocking lurking near
for indeed they must have prayed to set a legacy far beyond their years ............
