Catch and Release

Catching feelings like fireflies
Can't tell if I'm in lust or love
Or if I've just gotten so lonely
     So starved for attention
That every gram of affection feels
Like fluttering butterflies

Correction:
There is no love here
Just sex and greed
And a healthy dose
Of an anxious teenager
In over her head
