No Moaning

There’s absolutely no value in complaining to anyone in this world today.
Fifty percent of the people don’t really care and the other fifty percent are glad it’s not them anyway
To constantly be expressing resentment, and dissatisfaction and always one to grumble,
Is simply a poor choice and a waste of time when that energy could be spent being humble.

The situation is similar to an aged dog lying on a porch, on top of a nail constantly moaning.
He lacks the fortitude to get up and the will to move, and he is satisfied to continue groaning.
It is time to realize that we all have greatness if only we tap into the source.
When you find that spark, it will ignite a blazing fire and in that, you’ll find more power for the course.

Groanings

Do these words that I utter
Reach through to Your heart,
Do they pulse with the life
To help them depart

From my perilous soul
And fall at Your throne?
Do they come from my mouth
Despairing in tone?

Or are they but chants
Devoid of my truth
Uttered in ritual
To onlookers, soothe?

Oh heart of mine, hardened,
I pray you be honest.
Let pride fall and crumble
Oh heart, be thou modest.

Oh eyes, dried in slumber,
I pray you be open.
Let tears flow as rivers
As I am thus broken.

Do these words I can't utter
Reach through to You now?
These groanings unspeakable
Weakness avow?

When all my words fail me
I know I am heard,
I know You have listened,
And mercies conferred.

So, soul of mine, broken,
I pray you let go
That I, with my anguish
May fall at His throne.

Moaning and Groaning Horn Haiku

Moaning and Groaning Horn Haiku

Moaning and groaning
Wife will often do at night
When having bad dreams.

Seems to be only time
that you have them.

The Groaning Soul

Series of my controversies
Are signs of our differences,
Palaver in my spirit,
Making me feel like a culprit,
The ritual by my fingers,
Are what i call impending dangers,
It creates controversies
It supplied miseries.
Physically and mentally,
Spiritually and socially
It sends my soul to penury,
A strange and unusual penury.
Mine is the groaning soul,
Mine is the unwanted zeal,
An urge that makes me err,
An urge the morals fear.
Yours is like a bright candle light
For your heart is without plight,
And your fingers, innocent.
If my heart will gather momento
And control the members that carry out
The wishes of my urge.
Then i shall become like you
And my soul will groan no more.....
