Connie loved the harvest of time
She loved her days in Hawaii
Of being happy and carefree
Her seasons, like life, filled with chime
Everyday was a Thanksgiving
The land by sea everliving
From winter to fall it's a rhyme
Paradise is the same year round
Her skip thru the beach always browned
She looked at her fall's being prime
She mused her path covered with leaf
And the trees undressed only brief
She has since passed but what a climb
Like the fall of leaves on a tree
To branch, bear fruit and then be free
Connie loved the harvest of time
Her seasons, like life, filled with chime
From winter to fall it's a rhyme
She looked at her fall's being prime
She has since passed but what a climb

First
I looked straight into the sky
I found an ocean of love
Ocean of everliving water
Ocean of love, swimming in the sky
Straight into the sky
I was found with emotions
We walked hand in hand
I feeled secured and reluctant
My feelings are excited
For I have found joy in the ocean of love
Magic,trust, self- believe
Have found peace in my heart
Straight above my head
Lies an eternal joy for me
Purchase not with money
But with a stainless heart
He rides his wheelchair like a racing car
The rainbow colours blending into one
He grins his infectious grin, his wide mouth
welcoming and warm
He stutters, his sentences an intricate mess of
words that won't come the way he wants them to
And Tourette is not HIS name, but all the same
it makes him a wondrous one to view.
He doesn't understand most jokes, so serious!
But laughs uncontrollably at his own pun
So fun! But one must love his beautiful hair
His green eyes, and everliving optimism
I know him well, from the inside out, so proud
is he. Remember well! This does not define
the him he is, I live with him day in, day out
Because you see? I do not notice disability.
For me he is as normal as can be, for I am he
I live with me, and disability, and poetry.

Never touch never see
nor posess must be free
everliving and deathless
not from above or below
yet it exists,all humans know
subsistent through purgatory
unremittingly is its truest form
