Culture is not what was written
ten thousand years ago,
nor is it a godly dictate from
the 7th Century AD,
It is not what Buddha spoke
from under the Bodhi tree,
nor the harsh enforcements
of religious tribes.
Culture is all of us as it is today,
and as it might be tomorrow
and there after,
the live force of humanity
that flows like an ever ebbing river,
powered by the thoughts of
the present, that gathers strength and roars
and cuts its way through new terrains
of ever changing reality.
It dismantles the dead skeletons
of the past, dismembers meaningless
untruths, that were created for greed
and self gains. It lays open the absolute
reality of what should be!
Feel the presence of God in the present,
in this new reality that is,
with every breath through the nostrils,
with passions of your heart,
untainted by lies passed on through bigotry,
untarnished by bellowing of self proclaimed messiahs,
Culture is you, me and all of us,
as we are at the present moment,
flowing to yet unchartered realms
of yet unknown truths!
Let’s surge forward with the voice of conscience,
in this roar lies the absolute truth!
This is our culture!

Believe It Or Not

The Munro and Corbett mountain peaks contest

Current events dictates social distancing

Squire Cavendish was expecting some protest

Twenty four paired challengers were competing

Marshalls prepared alerting the contestants

(Isolation bubbles strictly adhered to)

Reiterating the rules and enforcements

Alarmingly, a small protest did ensue

Squire’s bombastic tone and presence did inflame

As an incendiary device would exploded

Worldwide interest in the media game

Above newsworthy helicopters hovered

Now eagerly awaiting developments

Protesters in numbers increasingly spread

Mainly due to many safety infringements

Disappointed challengers away were led

9/28/20

Five words Mountain. Squire. Current. Events. Exploded.
