ISALE EKO (LAGOS)
A rooster of discrete tongues
Culture, tradition
Where,
Zillion specters resonate
Quantum croak.
Cock crow,
Erupts whirl, barge at Alaba
Descry of sea of soul cases
Kibbling in, out as Emmet over nectar,
As husky ell of murk drench dawning,
Eviscerate NEPA's spasmodic spitfire
To stupor, obloquy.
The hindmost geezer nestling,
Drenched in diaphoresis of animation of dog days
Eludes unforgiving hail of bug blitz,
Hallowed howl of ole! ole!
Arched in his decrepit nest
Deploys a taper
Until,
Sunup deflowers night jaded sockets
As,
Resonance of one more Naira
To breast billion mark
Percase, perforce, precipitating
The epogee in mores
Rummages his cranium:
Top dog never capitulates
Vanquish countermands blossom
In kernel of hovel, wreck, quagmire
From mainlands of Iddo,
Bog of Badagry
To Favela of Ijora, Ilasamaja
Colonize the cocoon
Which,
Burgeoned Whiz Kid, Davido and Nollywood
Confuting phantasm
That,
Golden fleece
Is muted in the jaws of no man's land.
A colossus who never unwinds
No arrears in innuendos
Paris is your headrest
Rio de Janeiro your ottoman!

Talking to my friend Tom.
To tell him I found this emmet form.
My, it is only five words, not the norm.
Friend, it makes mine look like a marathon
Tom as you can see, similar my thoughts, torn!

Thank you Daddy for taking Jane and me to the circus
He took the bumps fast along Broadway; we giggled and laughed; it was a great day.
The bustle, the hustle, the poor old men. I said “Dear Daddy can’t we help them?”
They’re just like those guys on Castle Hill in number too great drinking their swill.
Castle Hill was off limits when I was kid; one block over they we all on the skids.
We entered the circus; saw my favorite clown, Emmet Kelly, was always so down.
I knew in my heart his non-comic frown and wondered if he had lain once on the ground.
Don’t get me wrong. I wasn’t all that precocious, I loved the lions, oh so ferocious.
My first cotton candy, popping cracker jacks, my eyes grew big at the high wire acts.
There were men on cycles, ladies on horses, strong giants with super-human forces.
I guess I forgot about Emmett and bums, on the way home to sweet sleep I succumbed.

This is just an update to those of you who love your pets!!
Not all the doctors are cruel hearted, greedy vets!!
I actually talked to a nice Doctor last night,
and at five o'clock my cat gave birth to five babies.
The lady took me at my word that I'll pay her tomorrow!
Four babies lived and my cat is now spayed and her babies lived.
All but, one. I actually helped revive the kittens with my sister.
This lady was so upset that she couldn't do anything at the clinic
she was "on call" for, that when she got home to her house she called.
She has her own practice at her house, and she feared my baby would die.
As did, I. So My cat, Maxine, who is named after my Grandma, is okay.
So is Lois and Quagmire, (Family Guy), and Emmet and Jasper. (Twilight)
So thanks everybody!!!! You guys are the greatest!!!!!
