Embryotic
The big bang inside your belly
I enjoy the days
When I think the son might be mine
Like I’ve said so many times
I don’t know what’s going on
Its ok todays playing in leaves
And cutting lawns
To just be a bit of myself
Have made me with doubt
Have I moved myself from medicine?
Which cultivated bacteria contains my cure
Science I apologize
I need to be better now
Warm
Safe.

The silence of darkness is deafening,
pounding in my ears
the fear of peaceful illuminations.
I'm comforted by the booming,
vast nothingness,
wrapping me in blankets of void.
Embryotic, I'm happy.
Enlightened, I'm sad.
And the light,
a flame to burn this moth's wings,
Drawn though I am.
Let me close my eyes.
Envision black, as it soothes my sight.
Let me sink,
further into the mire, of murky maelstrom.
Let the light fade, with my hope, as I sleep.
Happy at last.
