Everyone thinks Elves are all males, Edwina complained to me
I had not realized this, but saw she was both touchy and angry
How can they all be males? It makes no sense at all.
I am not sure everybody thinks that, I said in a voice really small
When people generalize and say, “ everyone” they usually mean one
Two at the most, but my suggestions and comments were done.
I could see she was miffed by someone other than me.
Preferring it to stay this way, I decided to flee.

There once was a pumpkin-spiced squirrel Edwina, quite stout
Who on Halloween did shout, "I'll be airborne, no doubt!"
With a whisk-twitch squirrelly spell
She rode her broomstick quite well—
Over the forest and thereabouts, anywhere, her favorite route.
Her panadas stash fueled her yearly, shadowy flight,
As she zipped through the oak-shadows until daylight
Upon her tail-tufted steed—
She was a magnificent rodent indeed!—
Edwina owned the sky, the corvids scattering in sheer, nutty fright.
An intelligent faerie knows how to relax and have fun
Aunt Edwina was brilliant, so I count her as one.
She had a gorgeous personality, but knew when to relax.
Never got angry about the government or income tax.
If she felt overwhelmed, she would take her dogs and sleep.
Or her cat, who loved catnaps, and would not make a peep.
Upon awaking she would say “now it will be a much better day”.
She never lost her cool or threw a fit, calm in a very smart way.

elise, edwina and eloise eagerly expect estimated exactness in sprees.
