I saw two dolphins within her eyes
Singing their best songs borrowed from the sea
I stepped on the sun in brief surmise
There could be rains between you and me.
But the sky was a deep blue park
The eternal couple's cushiest land
In embrace they were out for the lark
Pinions shed shadows on the sand.
The night was spun with the threads of day
As bright as the eternal glitter bird
We stood still in the month of May
And the dolphins stayed off-guard.

Everyone, is on the run,
Rat-race to earn, to earn and to earn
..........................Is it really worth this strife and pain?
Money can buy a well-groomed house
Even the most elegant spouse
..................................Can it ever make a homely den?
It can fetch you the cushiest bed
Of feathers or roses, be it made
................................A dreamless slumber, can it gain?
Riches it can buy, to embellish your self
With garbs and drapes, it can enrich your shelf
...................................Can it beautify your soul’s pane?
Friends are bought, relations are sold
Dumbed they are, with silver and gold
......................Love and respect, can these be feigned?
Money spans this material sphere
And indeed conquers everything here
....Can it enshrine the inner domain, the spiritual plane?
