High-spirited sports car enthusiasts, burning rubber
and speeding in the wind. Motorcycle lovers, making
high-sounding noises. Birds singing by day; crickets
by night. Fight off the mosquitoes, wasps, and
all creatures desiring the insides. In heat and
humidity, stay highly hydrated. Drink a lot,
stick with water and soft drinks but stay away
from the hard stuff. Be happy and be wedded,
but also, be wise. Catch a fast plane; be safe
and go far. Or take a slow train and enjoy
the terrain. Her name is Summer, a relative
of April and friends with June and August.
Going kayaking or will you fight the water rapids?
Stay-cations are out; vacations and family reunions
are back. For many a year, the roads always took me East.
But this year, my family is beckoning me to come North.

He said “get a sitter’
She knew it was too late
“Come on! He urged her. “This will be great!”
He wanted to rekindle the kind of love they used to have.
Before they became parents and got stagnant and boring.
She would have liked that too, but her dream was of snoring.
She felt hurried and irritated.
He was angry that his dream she disintegrated.
We could have a stay-cation here, she offered.
Getting a sitter is way too hard, but it would be fun.
So he got his mother, who was the right one.
The result of the romantic vacation was later found to be twins.
“Don’t expect me to watch four!” His mother told them.
So now many stay-cations were about to begin.

It all starts off at the anode,
where the electrons are lost,
they went bumping and shooting through the wire
and set the voltmeter on fire.
There's a huge crash-land in the cathode,
where the cations are reduced,
then the anions sprinted back through the salt bridge,
and electricity is produced.
