"For all life is a dream, and dreams themselves are only dreams." Pedro Calderon de la Barca
The leaves change hue.
I’m right behind. They fall to ground,
and as they crumble, I’ll be crumbling too.
Will there be souls around
to hear my sound? I crumble, drifting down so deep
inside this dream called life! An awful wait I keep
in autumn’s span of life’s short sleep.
To waken from this dream I am not wont to do.

Within a high furnace lies a hot fiery consequence. A smoldering forever.
Beautiful at first glance yet inheriting an eternity.
The earth may rumble and shake, leaving those discouraged of the power she dwells in.
This is natural, why look at the amazing spectacle!
How can one be able to take in such a sight.
The sudden blanket of ash lying over the city.
A wild blaze then after .
This is her.
A wild cataclysm upon all. This is more than her. unearthing what is secure.
Magnificent colors pour from what was once a dormant gathering.
Mass chaos erupts!
The agony of one's melting leaves ongazers in aww..
Yet a small crowd gathers .
Believing in the beautiful towers of ember orange racing towards the heavens.
Ravishing reds exploding over our existence .
Moments before engulfed in flame.
As beautiful as it may appear, a heart dies. Spewing out all that ever held it intact.
Crumbling into its own abyss.
Death is over our once called home, ruins.
A place where joy swept the land.
The Calderon of love....
