So many bloodbaths have taken their toll:
that thinking about it brings me to tears.
And too often, has sin tainted my soul;
for me to find God in my later years.
I still see the wild animal in Man
that history confirms was always there.
Although we deny the truth when we can,
human atrocities are everywhere.
Genocide and blatant brutality
are fueled by Man's primitive urges.
And when faith imbues immorality
with religious might, chaos emerges.
Human beings supposedly have a soul:
yet we've failed to demonstrate self-control.

These countries that preach about hating terrorism
supports such acts financially overturning basic rights
Strong statements without knowledge carry little value
look to the bright side where trust is lacking
Intelligence has next to no faith if used backwards
manipulating talks takes these shady turns to falsely accuse
The twisting of classified information brews with soaring energy costs
liars harbour ungodly thoughts towards the truth
rocketing prices drawing on borderlines
Power carries a huge human sacrifice to achieve its goal
bloodbaths feed the rich, it all boils down to creating fear
Politically working on people to accept mayhem
this deal signed incorrectly against peace proves one thing
sins are passed on with this false identity shaping justice
Acceptance seems to be the new tolerance ignored
tortured like dogs victims say evil will fall in the end
no good ways erode democratic views to hold council
Freedom of speech in its uniform is under attack
opinion under pubic scrutiny paints this horrid picture
where good is considered ugly for being honest

If I ruled the world, I would wave a magic wand.
And make a wish for views that clash to soon be gone.
For unity I would wish as in days bygone.
Then, hunters and gatherers as one brought man’s spawn.
When greed and power took control a new age dawned.
Men of wealth walked the streets; ignored the vagabond.
Lies were told; truths were lost; the common man was conned.
To righteous ways and faith in God many did not respond.
My magic wand surely would eliminate wraths.
No psychopaths’ would fill the streets with hates’ bloodbaths.
And fights for right would silence works of all warpaths.
Chaos would stop as each man found and walked good paths.
No human would debate with a heart full of hate.
Poverty and greed would completely dissipate.
Rebellion and rioting, wisdom would placate.
Love would flow from every soul by will, not mandate.
If I ruled the world, I would wave my magic wand.
And make a wish to the great beyond; peace be dawned.
Citizens around the world to good would respond.
And all of Earth's humanity would feel love’s bond.
