                                           You are unique
                                        No less than others
                                        Life is always yours
                                       You are the ultimate

                                     You are your best friend
                                         Feel the friendship
                                        Others may be good
                                     Sailing in their own boat
They do not escort till the end

                                         Weathers change
                                      The fall is not forever
                                         Bloom will return
                                         Life will blossom
There is lot more for you

                                      Events come and go
                                    Circumstances change
                                  Those who lost the battle
                                  Have ruled for centuries
                                    Go through the history

                                        Continue flying
                                 Sky has many treasures
                                      Discovery is yours
                                  Darkness is not forever
                                    Brightness will come

                                 Life is like ocean waves
They strike the coast and collapse
                               But, rise and travel again
                                   Know your strength
                             Do not abandon your pursuit

Premium Member Love Weathers The Storms

A love that has weathered wild storms
And you this fierce passion contained
Tender, deeper than lust ingrained
An opened sonnet of life transforms

A tapestry still on an open loom
Unfinished here upon this earth
Those golden years, a story of mirth
Their roots deep, fragrant flowers bloom

Two hearts somehow in rapport
Good character, a crown they share
With every gesture and each care
Maybe their overflow will pour

The mountain stands, so tall and grand,
                                                            A silent vigil, on the land;
It does not claim the skies above,
                                                     Nor drives away the birds of love;
It weathers storms, invites the breeze,
And hosts creatures beneath its trees.

Stormy Weathers

wether to weather stormy weathers,
crucial to any understandings.
dire to decision,
more like a feeling never mentioned.
heavy to the struggle;
when the weight of the world is on your shoulder,
rise above the storm,
rise above the norm.
critical to the lifestyles,
hard to choose where to begin.
to wait till' the sun shines,
not waiting for the tears to rain.
so many unaware;
the choice you have to make,
the effect it has on you and everybody.
to stress getting through,
to make the right changes.
better to mve on,
don't linger on the problem.
not to get undertow by the trials and tribulations.

The black clad arm scaled the old concrete wall,
over the top, down the other side
With friends in tow, I stopped to rest,
leaning still against the six foot structure
As a boy of eight, I frequented the alleys and
                                    hidden passageways of the city
Just then, spindling fingers struggled to reach, to grasp
They were reaching for me!
Now just inches from my head
Only the gaping mouths of my friends, frozen in terror,
                                          alerted me to the danger
I looked up to see a wrinkled hand
Just a hand and an arm in a tight black knit sweater
almost touching my hat
Racing hearts fueled a speedy escape
But this was close, way too close

We had been warned about Miss Weathers
Old lady Weathers
Neighborhood lore
She cuts up little boys and puts them in pickle jars
Don’t ever go near, never accept an invitation inside
You’ll never come out
How could I not have realized whose house
                                  that concrete fence belonged to
That mistake was never made again

We didn't tell anyone what had happened that day
but we knew the stories were true
I’ll never forget Miss Weathers
and how I almost ended up in her pantry

Out In All Weathers

No less cold, nor less hot
And yet, in my day
What had induced, more so
Outward facing joy.
Dragged off from did annoy
As deflect away.

Nothing can thwart a child!
True now. Truer then!
And let me now tell you
Of such a self will.
Air froze, air fused, and still
A door flew open.

                                                                You are divine

                                                          In the shape of human

                                                              Rain and drought
                                                            Autumn and bloom
                                                                Joy and sorrow
                                                             Success and failure
                                                                    All is one

                                                               See the flowers
                                                          They bloom and fade
                                                            Days come and go
                                                              Whether change
                                                          But they never whine

                                                                Nothing stays
                                                       Moments are destination
                                                              Let them unfold
                                                                 Live in them
                                                       There is nothing beyond

                                                       From the forbidden fruit
                                                        To the blooming world
                                                          The journey is yours
                                                                 You are all
                                                                 Be yourself
