how can love be so painful?

Past haunts the present,
but our love is unshaken,
despite parents row,

no terror
no error
like a steel
love's still
like a balanced diet
unshakable is heart
firm-steady love
sourced from true roots
strongly grounded 
lyrical
typical
chime
voice of love
a promising voice 
providing tranquillity
a heart's peace
against all chains
with immense power
dominant feelings
of an ardent-unshaken...
