On his throne he sits
In armour adorn
The father of Semaj
Who one day will be sworn

This hunter of demons
Of his people he protects
Generations of allegiance
Infinitive elect

All Semaj has learnt
Has been handed down
Through blood lines so strong
One day he'll be crowned

Their story goes back
Many, many centuries ago
When evil was rife
And living was low

Demons and Wizards
Dragons and man
Violence was rife
Take when you can

But this King Kade
The North of Scotland he ruled
His son was destined
He was not to be fooled

On a dark December night
Whilst the castle was asleep
A craft so unknown
Rose from the deep

From out in the Minch
This metallic beast showed
With flashing lights
And a body that glowed

It rode the waves
And came to rest by the shore
An opening appeared
Like a magic door

Three beings stood
Not very different from us
No fear was detected
Had we already been sussed

We welcomed them in
But i knew in my heart
For it was my son they wanted
He was their new start

Our dialogue was strained
Mixing Gaelic with theirs
But our wave lengths were similar
We became distant peers

This was the day
My son Semaj left home
To Cygnus-X1
Where one day he'd be throned

What happened to us?
Well the strong ones travelled
To the Plough beyond
As our past turned to gravel

But our souls remained
Like beacons of light
For if the earth cried for help
My son Semaj, was in sight

Sun

Twinkle twinkle, little star,
93 million miles far.
Giver of light, supporter of life,
energy, climate and season device.

The sun is a star, we're glad it is here,
as our life support, for 5 billion years.
This star is among the brightest in space,
though close, many questions about it remain.
With violet ,orange, and reddish of hues,
our home solar system pivots on you.
8,000 degrees of Kelvin heat,
elements of Hydrogen and Helium meet.
Over 100 times the size of the Earth,
rotating once is a seven day turn.
The first of three layers is visible light,
the thick photosphere is a veil of white.
The atmosphere there is a plasma in ways,
which emits a series of wavelengths and rays.
A more defined trait are the patches of dark,
Sunspots are cooler, magnetically charged.
These spots tend to vary and alter in shape,
every 11 years, new cycles take place.
Solar cycles can affect the weather on Earth,
filters and color are how they’re observed.
Direct observation can damage the eyes,
I'd advise that precautions be sought and applied.
The heat is supplied by a core via fusion,
and exits as energy and light distribution.
Plasma is also among things released,
Solar Flares on the surface are a common sight seen.
All around they emit rays, X and UV,
which frequently jam radio frequencies.
Close to the sunspots, the flares can be viewed,
particles majestically travel in loops.
The Sun, like the Moon, is a welcomed companion,
life without it cannot be imagined.

Twinkle twinkle, little star,
93 million miles far.
Giver of light, supporter of life,
always shining, through day and through night.

Premium Member Flight

Oh! To possess the freedom of an eagle able to soar!
'Twas the plaint of ancients, their gods to implore!
To cast aside the shackles binding man to his sphere,
And wing skyward, to space, that final frontier!

On a bleak December day on the sands of Kill Devil Hill,
Two bicycle mechanics began man's dream to fulfill.
Gliding just a few feet and only a few seconds in time.
Oh! The marvels of flight wrought since that time sublime!

Since flight's genesis on that desolate shore,
Valiant knights to farther heights did ever soar.
Gently kissed by towering clouds, filled with elation,
Peering down upon the beauty of God's Creation!

Since those first tentative footprints on earth's satellite,
Farther into the mysterious universe, man has set his sight,
To explore the eternal darkness of space beyond the stars,
And one day tread upon that august planet call Mars!

Many gallant souls have made the ultimate flight,
Tenderly embraced in God's arms to ease their perilous plight.
His steady hand steering them through the vast celestial dome,
Guiding them on that final flight to His Eternal Home!
