I Stoped To Watch the Shadows Dance

I stopped to watch the shadows dance
  One silent autumn day,
The light embraced the sighing boughs,
  Scattering golds of May.

The breeze was soft upon my cheeks
   As feathers to the touch;
It took my scarf in playful grasp
  Unmindful of my clutch.

And now, alive and yet so silent,
  To earth the colours float,
Now empty though with life so full--
  The sea without a boat.

I must move on, don't trust my heart,
  Must go before I break.
Life is just a shadow passing--
  Reflections on a lake.

I'll come tomorrow in the dawn;
  I must not stay tonight.
The sun has gone and so must I,
I'll come back with the light.

Autumn and Its Falling Leaves Part I

I like the season of autumn
And love to watch the falling of leaves
Listening the music of Nature
While walking and moving amid the bunch of trees
When the breeze blows creating music
While moving from trees to trees
In Autumn, when trees are shedding leaves
I love to watch the falling of leaves

It’s splendid beyond words to write
When leaves are falling from trees in autumn
A beauty to see and a joy to feel in our heart
When thousands of leaves fly in the air and depart
Before they embrace their friends on ground
In Autumn, when trees are shedding leaves
I love to watch the falling of leaves

In the much awaited season of autumn
When breeze touch us and embraces the trees
And the setting sun spreads its beaming rays
On flowers, trees and on leaves departing from trees
It appears as if the sky is showering
Its precious treasures on Nature and mankind
In Autumn, when trees are shedding leaves
I love to watch the falling of leaves

Some of them fall on me as if to greet
While some to tell their story in brief
They seems to murmur while in the air
And while falling on the heap of leaves
Those which were singing, dancing and enjoying
While flying in the air, resting on ground or lying
Had a cool smile and were singing their love song last
They lived a life full of hopes and loved everyone till last
In Autumn, when trees are shedding leaves
I love to watch the falling of leaves

They kept their promises made to God
Of loving their fellow folks till their last
They were singing, dancing on nature’s thrill
While on trees, they happily inhaled shining rays
And enjoyed Moon’s nectar till it became pale
This was the story they were trying to convey
To each passerby who had time to stay
To listen the story of leaves without a say
In Autumn, when trees are shedding leaves
I love to watch the falling of leaves.

What Do You Know

don't turn around to be longing at the mirror
that just images the past of yourself
float, leave behind all the Autumn leaves that fallen
just discarded from the branch of that time.
and if
if you can
could you sing into the wind
all the memories that carried you down

let them sing
let them sing
let them sing to someone else
a tune they haven't heard
maybe they will learn not to drift away

let them sing
let them sing
let them sing to someone else
someone that needs help with their life

O god

why do you do me

no need to fool me

o god

O god

why do you school me

don't need to use me

o god

O god

why do you choose me

I just want you to lose me

o god

now say, now say again
                                    who
                                         are
                                              my
                                                   friends
NOW SAY! now say again...
                                     I
                                        need
                                              more
                                                    of
                                                        that
                                                              intervention

How much more water could I flow into your mouth without drinking it

all this time that you have been searching when your all buried deep in it

what could grow in a hallow mind if there's no words in feeding it

If alone cherish all your life cause we don't no the end of it

What's more to ask? What's more to do? What's more to feel? What else could I do? What
happened to these? What happened some? Why not let die? Why not let live? Why not just
take? Why not just give? Why not be slaved? Why not be free? Why not stay glued to the
T.V. screen? Where are the heroes? Where are the saved? Where are the unused empty graves?
Where are the children? Where are the old? Should we leave? Should we go? O God, tell me!
tell me! What do you know!

Drink When Thirsty

Within a vast sea
under a calm and distant sky
is a secret solace known to few.
This is a place of peace,
silence, and tranquility.
Here dwells knowledge in the purity of living,
simply breathing life into a glorious texture of emotional bliss.

High on the oldest tree are the words Drink when thirsty.
Masked phantoms move past,
with a ceaseless breeze against their backs.
They speak in riddles with jigsaw mouths,
in mirror eyes they watch themselves.
Evening falls again.
Day has closed her eye to another freckled veil of starlit hue.
A memory, now lightly nudging my shoulder,..
I see again their dances,.. around autumn fires,..
when the forest floor smelled of dry leaves,
and the moon spilt shadows though naked trees.
Moistened now I drink life's sorrow,
I tastes life's joy,
and death awaits with menacing indifference.
