I nestle comfortably in the sand,
Sitting next to you, hand in hand.
A cool breeze, and salt in the air,
The wind picks up and whips around our hair.
The stars glitter and shine so bright,
I'm glad we decided to go out tonight.
Waves crash violently against the sand,
This is the most romantic night you ever planned.
So simple, yet so full of thought,
I'm sorry earlier that we had fought.
I see that you're a love so dear,
I also know that I need not fear.
As we sit on this white, sandy beach
Its the sound of peace that we seek.
Lay me down and gently kiss my lips,
Place a hand on either one of my hips.
A sigh of content escapes my mouth,
As we stare at the constellations to the South.
I wish this night could last forever,
As we journey on our new endeavor.
Sadly, it won't, but that's okay.
As we enjoy ourselves on the beach we lay.
What is it about the ocean that makes me at peace?
With each wave, my calmness, seems to increase.
On this ship I'll cruise the Scottish Isles
Coast on coast for many a mile
Rocks and sand, castles that are grand
Beauty that has been graced by many hands
Isle of Iona what a dream
Where the beautiful stone Abbey can be seen
Much of your beauty destroyed over the years
Hope of restoration somehow calms all fears
Isle of Arran twenty miles long and fifty-six around
Palm Trees grace your lush land
Divide by the Highland Boundary Fault that bounds
The north rugged and hilly with south gentle as sand
So many isles over seven hundred in all
One cruises on the imaginary ship all night long
From low lands, craggy hill and mountains tall
Each night I'll cruise the imagination with song

Down Florida way
Near Daytona Beach
Stays many a lassie
One in my eyes is a peach
Breakers on the move
Beach to caress
Bikini clad girl
My eyes are well blessed
Shapely and tanned
Toned and refined
Just me and this lassie
To be wined and dined
Late night beach stroll
As they enjoy the night
With the sound of the breakers
Just out of sight
In a moment of capture
They turn to each other
Gently they kiss
Under starry night cover
On the sand they lay
Looking up to the sky
This two together
Never wondering why
Their futures tomorrow
Today they just met
Over a period of time
Eternally set

My quiet reflection..........
With the coming of the night
My quiet reflection
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
My journey through the night
There is no darkness to fear
For, the light of the moon is here
Soft silver moonbeams.........
More than I can dream
Guides me through the night.......
My journey upon the Sea of Moonlight
The night wind blew.........
Filling my sail..........
Filling me too..........
On my journey's trail
The night wind blew
Far in to the night
The night wind blew
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
For, the sail never flapped
It remained steady
The night wind trapped
Every gust...........
Every eddy
Witnessed only by the night
The silent crossing
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
Within all our dreams
We all take sail
Under moonbeams
The journey's trail
The night wind blows
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
Darkest
Before dawn
Before the sun rose
The coming of sunlight
The dream world
Travelled at night
With the sail unfurled
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
For some...
The journey never ends right
For some....
Time to leave the Sea of Moonlight
Your sail, to catch moonbeams
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
To travel, in your dreams
Pushed far into the night
My quiet reflection...........
With the coming of the night
Your quiet reflection
Upon the Sea of Moonlight
The calm cool waters of the bay
Are clear and blue by light of day
But as the night time starts to fall
The sea begins its peaceful call
As soothing trade winds start to blow
The moon brings forth a gentle glow
Its mellow light shines mystically
And glistens softly on the sea
Beside the shore the air is kissed
By cool and salty ocean mist
Where tiny bits of star light play
Across the waters of the bay
The waves then start to play a tune
While dancing underneath the moon
The surf brings every note ashore
To place them at the ocean’s door
And as the tide comes rolling in
The waters sing of where they’ve been
A lilting song of far away
That softly calls and seems to say
"Come dream with me my tired friend
Until the night comes to an end
And let me wash your cares away
Then rock you here ‘til break of day"
So if at night you look for me
Upon the shore is where I’ll be
A place where I can close my eyes
And hear the sea’s soft lullabies
Oh so fine so said was the wine~
Oh so fine so said was the time~
Oh so fine so was all indeed~
Oh so fine was one night and its deed~
For indeed it did as well it should~
Become such night as only it could~
Dark yet ablaze a'fire crimson so~
Winds from East so o'er us did blow~
Sands of Sahara as teasing us then~
Asking just this of us oh and when~
For she waits with patience uncommon to man~
Yet what has become so of such our grand plan~
Sail we must 'twere reason be true~
Sail we should a'fore sky stops blue~
Sail we need for as it has been written~
Sail we ought and so stop such a'frittin'~
Man nor woman may quell such this thrust~
For all shall one day be so such the dust~
Yet sands of Sahara await all the while~
Oh so fine and with notion to beguile~

The waves creep along the sea bank
The night stands still as the wind whispers silently
The palm trees sways in the distance
As their listen to the beat of the night drums
Silent night, all’s asleep
As I wonder along the Marcus shores
Childhood memories come flooding in
Cheerful laughter, Happy faces, Children playing
As the moon smiled gracefully
And the stars shone brightly
The cool breeze presses gently against my lips
As I recall my first childhood kiss.
hurry I said! we must get away!
they're closing on us, no time for delay!
the horror began the year 'fore last,
and most were dead before it passed,
a mighty wave! ten buildings tall!
came rushing through, and drowning all!
........... it came alive, survivors say,
pray first night after! the terror o'er bay,
the heavy gray fog, it hung so low,
and terrible winds began to blow!
bobbing along beyond the pier,
the horse and head filled souls with fear!
night after night the same path it took,
just past the docks, the waves it shook!
never closer it came, to frighten thee,
'till you strangled the air! and cursed the sea!
O vengeance it seeks! your soul it will take!
just seconds to live! prepare for your wake!
hurry I said! we must get away!
they're closing on us, no time for delay!
