Shelter

These walls are not just walls
Nor are these chairs
Nor is this artistic breath of air that fills
Thy every artistic corner
Thou are not just an ordinary space
Sprayed with golden sunlight
Then curtained ‘Neath a star-lit night
Coffee-scented...
Emotionally charged...
Books...
Designed with perfection itself
Lanz enchants
Melodies...
The breeze sways away with
Consciousness in an eternal waltz
Words… words … words
That slowly ebb like moon-shifting tides
Green..orange...scarlet red
Colors that fuse like these feelings
And paint themselves on these walls
Everything is so energetically infused...

Enunciate not...Feel not these restraints
Hear not these fallacies
The outer world is filled with boundaries
Yet here there are none
Forget all that lies beyond this point
Of no space and no time
For here all you do is Float…Chant…Invoke…
For this body is but a layer of flesh and bone
These glasses are but illusioned spectacles
Look not through them...
See not these grandiose illusions....Float.
For you are here.

Building Poems

Words that rhyme and words that don't,
these are toys for the writer's pen.
They creatively come together
to form a masterpiece once again.

These toys they use to describe
the thoughts upon their mind
are as a child at play
with such joys untold to find.

So many building blocks to choose
each poem of which they write.
Limitless are the words they can use
building poems and reaching new heights.

This world is their training ground
as they write of what they see.
Always something different in store,
writing of stuff that makes memories.

Heaven Be My World

Have they not words to comfort me?
Have they not a voice to whisper?
How are there words to simply be?
When theirs’ is a place to live forever

Have they not wings to fly?
Have they not voices they’ll sing?
Why did we portray them to sigh?
When to Heaven its our death we dream

Have they not love to give?
Have they not voices they’ll share?
Are they there… need we believe?
When its Heavens we weigh on shoulders to bear

Have I not words for them to hear?
Have I not a voice to whisper to them?
Happiness and sadness both sharing a tear
Towards their place... can I believe to send?

I did not hear any words…
I did not hear any voice whisper…
How are my poetries to be heard?
When the world is a Heaven forever
