The Battle For Tiger Hill

It was  nineteen ninety nine
a battle was about to begin
between the Indian Army
with the soldiers from Pakistan

My name is Yogendra Singh Yadav
a grenadier awarded the Param Vr Chakra
the highest honour for gallantry
this is how the fight begun

A stone loosened and fell as we climbed that hill
after three nights of carefully silently climbing
the Pakistan soldiers opened fire
from bunkers metres above us not a good thing

Neither up or down we could go
heavy firing caused eighteen officers and men
to retreat leaving just seven jawans
with one hundred and thirty five men above us then

We fired at the nearest bunker killing the men
the Pakistani army came to assess our strength with ten men
managed to kill eight but two of them escaped able
to report back now we were in a predicament

I carried twenty five kilo of ammunitions
the battle was fierce, we killed thirty five of them,
my six soldiers were killed also,
I was alone, lying amongst the corpses

They shot at the corpses making sure all were dead
I received fifteen gunshot injuries and my gun was taken
had grenade in my pocket, i pulled the ring and threw
landed in cap of one of the soldiers, exploded,he was on his way to heaven

They thought the indian army had returned
I picked up a Peeka rifle off one of the Pakistani soldiers
killing five soldiers, heard the voice saying retreat
to attack a MMG base further down the hill

I dumped myself in a drain, in no time was at base
saw the officer Lt.Balwan advised Pakistan army was on its way
Charlie and Delta was deployed to help Bravo Company
This resulted in the hill being taken by the Indian Army

This war took seven hours, and Tiger Hill was safe

I have been given a plot of land by the Utah Pradesh Government for my part in the battle.

Reference I used

Targil Battle - Tiger Hill (I put that name into search engine). Seven hour battle that won Tiger Hill.

Divine Perfection

Who are we to grief for the ones that are no more,
Extrude sorrow for the ones that are still living,
Should we not be the preacher who is never distressed?
For we existed before and do so in the future;

Seasons bestow joy and suffering to our senses,
Mortal perishable body as garment to the soul,
Atma chooses neither the death cycle nor its new rebirth;
For I am the destroyer and creator of universe;

Why blame yourself or the unwitting actions of life,
For all deeds abide within me as Param-atma.

Param Gati

Temptation in lust cravings,
Anger I do not seek,
Dispelled by avarice fears,
In vanity I fell.

True action with devotion,
Destroys every misdeed,
Kill my burning desires,
Beyond the gates of hell:

Mokesh in  divinity;
Atmas' ultimate plea.

Creators

The Param Atma manifests
In beings,
As creators in the lords footsteps.
He,
Expounding
The shackles of the soul,
For those undefined
Unconqured paths in nature;
Recreates new horizons
Undoing many more in the process,
And the line recedes each day,
Towards the unspecified, unknown.

Unfolding tracks, defining systems
To varying memory banks;
Somewhere,
He moves cracking natures codes,
Ciphering logics in the mayhem.
Bit by bit
Like
The Midas touch;
He changes
Pastures green to gold.
Tracking his building blocks,
Assigns relations within elements.

Byte by byte, data by data
Growing,
Discovering Boolans ‘I’s and ‘O’s,
Regenerating the roots, modules
And the  entire
Configuration tree;
He eats
Into the apple from Eden,
With loads and loads of functions.
Till He hears
I am God;
And he creates the Creator.

Premium Member Sans Mind and Body Who Are We

Am I a body? Am I a mind? Or bundle of both?
Does blood, as though ordered, only through single channel flow?
Is heart seat of mind? Does mind to dwell-in heart take an oath?
Do veins, like children in uniform, pass through the same row?

Is mind a lone monk? Nay! Body and mind are never split.
When each cell of mind-body is bound in single union,
Mind and heart, and flesh, and blood, and veins, and bones are well-knit.
Param Brahma (the God Almighty) finds his communion...!

When physic and psyche are sound, there are divine vibrations,
This frees karma-dharma bondage of earthly existence,
Leading each atman (human) to heavenly relations;
Liberates from disillusions and inner resistance...!

Keeping one’s body and mind pure - isn't, hence, truly must?
Who does wish one's whole life, forever decaying in dust…?

Premium Member A Soul Is Divine

Real Self; innermost essence; true consciousness;
Part of the being that partakes of divinity; bottomless;
survives the death of the material physique,
Continuing its existence even after death makes it weak;
Placed within beings by the very almighty,
Like the flowerness of a flower or the sweetness of honey;
It's the breath; it’s the life; it's an eternal entity;
Conscience and consciousness; it's a form of divinity;
It's one of those in the heavens and earth,
The reality that inclines into our physical birth;
The atma that is part of the param atma,
It's heavenly, angelic, celestial, ethereal,
Sacred, blessed, holy, and supernatural;
It's with this that we live and have our being,
And enjoy our earthly, till from here, fleeing...!!!

Lider

Glory and Grandeur of Shiva

Sanskrit Transliteration:
asita giri-samam syat kajjalam sindhu-patre
sura-taruvara-shakha lekhani patram urvi |
likhati yadi grhitva sharada sarva-kalam
tat api tava gunanam isha param na yati ||

                              - from shiva-mahimna stotram by Pushpadantam

Per chance if words vie mounts high,
Ink flows in like Sindhu River,
Writing pen’s made of choicest tree,
Whole Earth be a writing paper,

Goddess of Learning were to write
For an endless long time,
E’en then O Lord of cosmic might,
It’s hard, prowess of thine to prime.

Inesperado

Inesperado

Sempre,
para vencer
na vida e
nos negócios
espere
o inesperado

Existe pessoas
que são vencedoras
e sabem que
são vencedoras,
depois, [...]
há aquelas que
não são vencedoras,
mas não sabem disso,
elas nunca param
de tentar e sempre
fazem de tudo
mais e mais.

Premium Member Minus Identity Who Am I

Starting from the void, my voyage has been adventurous.
Who am I, yet, without the fleck of the Param Atma?
With the image of God, existence has been virtuous.
This vessel of my body bears the spirit of Allah.

I am a fountain of flow. I am a river in flux.
I am a lake with whirlpools. I am an ocean with waves.
In my movements as a lonely star, God has been my crux.
There are, in my core shrine, marvelous, mysterious caves.

When the body is not mine, when the spirit is not mine
I say I'm. I exist. Am I not, yet, a car on rent?
When the spirit travels within me, everything is fine.
In each twist and turn, in this spirit, I find my vent.

Is my identity delusional, like a mirage?
Does this self imply too my physique-psyche camouflage?

My mind and heart roam, like a cloud, gales, and breezes.
As part of the Brahma, like stardust, I'm spread and shattered
In the nerves of the leaves, in the flower scent that pleases
Like divine atoms, though unseen, I'm all around scattered.

With the goal and role of continuing the spirit's role
Like the dust of Param Atma, I have incarnated
I'm, like the blades of grass, though seen many, a single whole.
With every drop of flowing water, I am recreated.

The actors and the play are parts of cosmic existence.
Within conscious and unconscious conscience, I role about
In the spirit dwelling within me, I find my essence.
My life, like the strong cedar, flourishes in flood or drought.

In the flames of the lamps of the Gurudwaras, mosque, church,
With the whole humanity, meaning of my life, I search

Arms like lovely lotus stem

Known for arms of a lovely lotus stem,
Visage of moon’s sleepless silver,
Eyes like smiling lilies in lake,
And smile of a full moon’s sliver,
To win as wife, a woman of such fame,
Who’d not greatest of gamble stake?

Premium Member Divine Madness

Euphoric, I rush to you, Lord, unaware I'm naked.
In your presence, my physique and psyche are elated
On my way, I trampled them—thus my kith and kin complained.
In my mad, single-minded pursuit, had I gone harebrained?

Am I a rebel that I've given up all social norms?
Drunk with your thoughts, have I forgotten all gregarious forms?
My home and all within it, seem to me nonexistent.
In my sleeping and waking I've become inconsistent.

I'm filled with hallucinations of heaven day and night.
With devils and furnaces, in my nightmares, I often fight.
I feel your Spirit flowing like a stream and washing me.
From my sins of commissions and omissions, I rise free

Transcending each mundane infinitesimal dharma
That fetters me in a birth-rebirth cycle of Karma.
Like a mad mullah or like a crazy priest of Allah
In each drama, am I not seeking you, the Param Brahma?

Rejeite

Rejeite

Manter as pessoas no escuro
e enchê-las de histórias
que são na maior parte fabricadas,
“raramente acontecem e raras”
ou ambas, não faz bem a ninguém.

Rejeite completamente a ideia
de que as pessoas da venda direta
precisam ser tratadas
como crianças
e não contar às realidades,
duras ou não,
sobre o mundo do trabalho.

Acredite: fazer isso é uma das razões
pelas quais as pessoas começam e param
e carreiras permanecem em situação tão difícil.
