A Dog With Out a Name

It rained again last night, as he woke up from the muddy dirt
he always sleep in.
As he stretches out as far as he can, ouch he said my body hurts
me so very bad again.
The bowl for food and water remain empty, and the grassy areas
are so far away.
No home anymore the home I once had seems so far away it makes
me so, so sad.
I am hurting so bad I just want to stay in today so no one will be
mean to me.
I search the trash cans, dumpsters all around this town when people
see me they say ‘get out of here’.
I runaway as fast as I can while I lay down to rest my body, legs and
paws the food was thrown out.
my belly is groaning, I am so thirsty, can’t remember the last time
I had ate any real food, all I eat is stick, twigs and grass.
Lonely as much as a dog can be, not one person reaches their hand out
 to me.
Night time came and he settles in for another lonely sleepless night.
Now all that remains is a small grave with the words that someone had
written, here lays a ‘dog with out a name’.
It's sad it was to late for this dog I now named 'Jake' no more pain,
hunger or thirst for him.
Rest in peace my Jake and we will meet you someday again.

This Love For You Brings Out a Million Tears

This love for you brings out a million tears,
When you left me with a doubtful promise;
That you will be back so I'll never miss,
The things we shared for a couple of years.
But fate provided me nothing but fears
For your advent’s impossible to please
Even if I pray, beg down on my knees
Your voice, so sweet, again cannot be hears.
So I lift up with smile, tears in my eyes
Reminiscing the presence of your love
Hoping for the chance this life had given
While gazing peacefully at the blue sky
‘cause I know that you’re watching from above,
smiling with restfulness there in heaven.

Looking Out a Window On a December Night

Those drapes of snow, which out my window dance,
like thy white arms, that my warm heart surround,
are ghostly visions false, heav’nly rants,
deceiving my mind, of no substance found,
replacing grey fact with hard diamant,
enjewelling e’en mud with improper grace,
painting most pure what proves of beauty scant,
giving unto sin fair virtue’s clean face.
They swim in billowed air exposed to gust
like dreams upon a too-convincing stage,
and when the earth dooms these to that cruel must,
and when that fond myth is proven a mirage,
	mine eyes shall swim in moister element;
for tricks are fouler which are heaven-sent.

Voice With Out a Face

You were on my mind last night
So I sat myself down to write
Midnight talks
  Make believe walks
Like the rain
  Your voice soothes the pain
Touch my heart
  We're so far apart
I wait for the day we meet
  What a worldly treat
Dream all the while
  Just to see you smile
Reaching;A touch from me
You will run I do believe
Feelings I fear
  As our day draws near
I cant wait
  So dont be late
Thing seem so clear
  The reason I fear
So on the day we meet
  XOXOXO we greet

The day the voice has a face

Stop the heat-give out a treat-get on your feet the brightness is powerful around
the atmosphere to be near the moon like the sun shines brighter and brighter that makes the clouds and the temperature get hotter and hotter than it is powerful and difficult to be outside for long periods of time

Premium Member Knocked Out a Poem

I train my body, every second day
rest of the time, stretch my mind
Pumping iron, playing heavy metal
adds more weight, depth to rhyme

Hitting a punchbag, lets off steam
jabbing hard, tightly packed foam
Burning calories, fires up my brain
honed thoughts, will create a poem

Imagination stirs, no holds barred
muse unlocking, finding portal key
Tonight sky’s the limit, ready to roll
brain has other ideas, I fall asleep.

Mischief Looks Out a Window

It ran along the backbone like a stoney ripple plunged
Darker in the deep of hearty's forgotten tarn
How high, how high did that water rise?
To be carried off by conduits, banked by its fall

Oh Europe it lays waiting, it's crumbled castles ungunned
Docked are the hopes of ships which once followed each sun
That sky, that sky was thick then with lies
That was years ago honey, it's light-years away still

Broken hearted, broken hearts mend
Get the better of them all

You see, warm are the icecaps north of your blind wanderings
Give a sigh to them I dare, they'll groan back a cheer
God knows, Darwin knows that ain't a shame
And mischief looks out a window, the Sun in at you

Hum at a guess that the terrors of dreaming are smiling
Happily defeated and receding to clear
Those skies, those skies awaiting your name
Just swing the propeller, above weather, it's all blue

Whole hearted, whole hearted my friend
Get the better of them all...

Premium Member Gears Spin Out a Provocative Question

spending time, charmed by all the goodies
...a weight room, pool and foosball tables and
a padded room with a wrestling mat and dummies.

a kids paradise. Little girls backflipping, colliding
with little boys. ...with choke holds and all.

upon disembarking this adventure, past the fountain,
and stepping on ritzy road of the very rich,

the school age thinker asks, with a gulp, gears spinning
in his overwhelmed head:

“What does someone have to do to live in a place like this?”

Oh I Wish I Could Give Out a Hug

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
To all those around me I love,
See FaceTime is fine, for a moment in time,
But it really just isn’t enough!

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
I really have missed them so much,
But we mustn’t be fools, keep the 2 metre rule.
And learn other ways to show love!

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
‘Till I’m snug as a bug in a rug,
But I’ll stick with the screen, till the powers that be,
Say the ‘R number’ stays under 1!

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
They’re a wonderful gift from above,
We avoid those we see, when we walk down the street,
It’s so sad what the world has become.

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
But I’ll wait till the death of this bug,
And for now I’ll resist, give an air hug and kiss,
Even though on my heart strings it tugs!

Oh I wish I could give out a hug,
But I won’t be despondent because-
The hug will come back, there’s no doubt about that,
And I’m first in the line when it does!

Seek Out a Priest

Seek Out A Priest

When of all things think we are the least;
Should start and try to seek out a priest;
Then guitar may play,
Travis picking way;
Saw him with family and my spirit increased.

Feeling free

is just
a
feeling

unworldly says the
zodiac
what world should I be?
take my energy
else
I'm amused of
myself

Food,paper,pen
       a lost boy
cries in the maze

kill the pimps
give the girls their dignity

the crow nibbles
on my back
cut my tongue
I wish not to talk
ramble ramble
tell the pen to stop

jump and hide

my toes feel
good
so will the man who
keeps my morals

Kill the innocent
swan,
says he
who holds the power
of the gun

Jumping Out a Picture

Lackluster, nonchalant, but mental
back buster, blockbuster imagery
art, theatrical function, equation,
and play my part, you convinced I'm
as, comfort, just being myself I'm
that, this, and as, hip and that
monster, reality gripped, can't sleep
the bed I'm under, ink pen drawing
bad portraits, blood and black
magic, torture, the aurra I'm in, as a
beast of burden, in the lions den,
collecting bones, stacked in the
corner, graffiti on the walls, working
out my trap muscles, I'm dope
that's trap hustle, blow and sacks s
phones, serving the flow like liquid,
pickle your some, sit in, between the
bases, marinade, synonyms another
language, fenced within anguish,
revealing in pages

When Life Spits You Out a Big Surprise

As we all go through life we want to believe
That we are all so wise
Until life spits you out a big surprise
As everything changes right before your eyes
When life slows down and we drift inside
We find ourselves fixed to a great slide
Just hoping to get to the other side

Oh God
Where are you taking me on this ride
Before I knew it we were in a full glide
I realize this is no ordinary ride
For on the way I could see clear as day
If I don't pay attention then this ride will sway
And I will never make it back to that day
When my life caught me by surprise
In such a big way

It took me to a place I am not ready to stay
This journey I must say helps me understand God has a plan
It's in his presence that we reach
For some kind of reference
Life is very short so you better be a good sport
Only God knows how wide the slide may be
I'm just glad that he wasn't ready for me

I learned so much as it all went by
I knew I was in the right place
Though I was very high
As I opened my eyes I thought everything
Was in disguise
For I knew that nobody was going to believe
What lays way up beyond the skies
What a wonderful surprise to find out
God loves me enough to send me back
To you guys

My life was altered in so many ways
I was gone for forty-five days
And some of it is still in a haze
My life will never be the same
Only the good Lord knows
How close I came that day

But one thing is for sure
I would never feel any shame
Or forget his mighty name
This is how I became a Soldier in Christ
To help him reclaim
What Satan has taken away
So we must all fight for what is right
We must banish Satan way out of sight
The bible is God's promise to all that believe
It's our faith that sets us free

I will stand against evil to help God to victory
For God had picked me
To see what most of us never get to see
Until we transition this position
And we leave these bodies
You can imagine that look on my face
When I actually made it back to that day
I am a witness to all of his glory
I will spend the rest of my life
Sharing his story

You will not hear any fear
When I know my time is near
He revealed it all to me
It has set me free to go be with thee
Without any mystery in what
God Promised you and me

Premium Member I Let Out a Scream This Morning

I Let Out a Scream This Morning
I am practically never startled.
I have three children, a husband, a zoo full of pets and ten grandchildren.
But this morning I jumped and screamed when I came out to the porch.
Because a huge head with a puppy attached was sleeping on the couch.
The one I lugged up there for me.

I screamed, but no one came.
Not my dog.
Not my husband.
Not my ghosts.
The puppy looked curious but did not bark
Which I thought was curious.

I tiptoed down the step and remembered my phone.
So, I had to pass this giant one more time.
He looked happy to see me, tongue out.
Big eyes, a husky mix, maybe a year old.
I called my husband as I was backing out.
There is a puppy on the porch I said.

I saw my husband looking as I left the driveway.
He called me soon after.
It’s a boy dog, he said.
He was hungry. I fed him dog food and steak.
Oh, yes, he is going somewhere any time soon.
“He is NOT coming in the house,” my husband said sternly.
“Yet,” I said.
