Always working to preserve,
Familial ties.
Diligent service,
Loyal to love and country,
Strong yet still servile.

The Bear is nurtured,
A hunter in fair weather,
Useless in winter.

on the precipice I survey
the sea of 
stores and casual faceless
crowds, I the  planet
lost in the tide
swarming with skulls
thrashing the facades
restless brows 

maggots infest the nucleus
until the centre shrieks
like a sheet in
the night, startled by
the intense glare that
neon signs cast 
upon blankness and
