Gold Star

Sometimes I sit and ponder
what it may be like
to have parents, not always
looking for a petty fight
the love you feel, always
being there for you
day o' night

I wake up fighting a
constant battle,
I feel like I am in a circus
having to jump through hoops
my parents hold
to earn their admiration and
approval

Earning their gold star
for the day
I was a rebel since day one
not trying to conform
dancing to the beat of a
different drummer

Wishing to be accepted
for who I want to be
and how I seek to spend my hours
nothing I ever do, seems to be good
enough

They talk about "emotional deposits"
i.e. spending time with them
but they spend too much time
picking and proving
reacting wrong, saying ignorant assumptions
they push me away, each day
'further and further I go
as soon as I make enough money
I'm gone

They act as if my artistic mind
couldn't make money
like my dreams are distant relatives
of which I will never meet
but I strive to prove them wrong

Its bad enough being
one person versus the world
but when the army you fight
is led by your family, your blood
it's twice as hard to get up
in the morning, when the suns
rays dance on my closed
eyelids

I try my best to be the kind
of person I want to be
despite their efforts to kill off
my individualistic soul
I have given up trying
to belong to which I
was born unto
I'm simply playing the game

Hoping to win, one day
the chance to be myself
as I feel emulates me,
and regardless
have a proud
Mommy and Daddy
I do pray, I shall be
 free to be

Individualistic

As time goes by we discover such a diagnose for any flaw,
Is this what it comes to in the end of times?
Where any excuse can get time reduced?
Such good pills can be shoved in you , so ones around can bare you
As if Dr. oz , can cure you,
we believe all these lies , as we lie ourselves , most of all i completely fib to myself , i couch myself to self sabotage, i make my tumors my excuse ,
you start noticing things that weren't there for years , such as a friend that spread her legs for your lover , such insanity when you tell your own self , i should have done better ,
such cruelty the world faces , as i write such words thinking they have any meaning when others have to watch their families raped , and slaughtered ,
after watching news about the world , i stare myself down ,and realize my issue is i have only one relationship with my disabled self

i refuse to label a diagnosis when its just individualistic

Cultural Obliviousness

unearth thy temple to entomb my lifelessness beneath the fixation of mortal indulgence where i shall finally rest, i can feel the ceasing of a decrepit pulsation from the shallow grave concealed within my chest; amongst the psychoanalytic dissection of society have i become obsessed. the common ways of cultural normality are seemingly unrealistic, they derive complexity when ciphering economic enslavement as ignorance makes it simplistic, instead of coming together everyone separates with delusions of being the most unique and individualistic, oblivious the common trait commences to construct the most dividing societal characteristic. iv'e sat among loneliness for a year to unveil the lies, iv'e heard the voices of spirituality predicate the day everyone dies, iv'e listened as the wind carries mother earths cries, in repetition of organic desecration i release frenetic screams to impregnate the skies.

Cultural Diffusion

No citizen has become a politician and no politician was not a citizen
That is Right Of Citizenship which is the fourteen amendment
I think legislature and parliament does the best they can under the
Circumstance but it comes a point of Leader and what know as Leadership
And the quantity of standard know of citizen which is the
Twenty Fourth Amendment
Individualistic and character define once culture it is what makes
A colonel a state to separation standard of parliament and if not
True the minimum wage would raise for all states what is the true agenda
For some!
Take the first col ligate marching band of 1907 Chicago one band one sound
Let take 1932 of Four Freedoms I bare witness to say history does repeat it
Self and oh how they march on capital hill for Freedom Of Speech oh how some may disagree with E sports it may lead the way to new ligate law to set to place
TO question all that is discuss just for a moment question what is
Populist.

I Is Not An Option, We Is

Am poor because am always tied

My hands are tied from the back to the front

My lips are shut and I cannot speak

I can only move my eyes from side to side

My mind is not sure of where it actually belongs

And my body keeps darting but not settling

I believe making my own decisions is hard

Because I is not an option, we is

I am told we makes sense

Makes us more respectful

Makes us more wealthier

Even though I do not know how

Am told that our money is collected and piled

When I say I cannot do that I want to build for myself am called selfish

Am called a bloody individualistic

and we is better than I

Am poor because I am weak

My mind does not act fast enough

And my heart cries too quickly

My mouth is shut because when I speak what I feel am condemned as just selfish and unrealistic

They say to me, you think you can do this alone?

They say to me, who ever successed alone?

They say to me, this is what we get for raising you?

They say to me, this is what happens when you give your children choices

I am poor because I carry too may responsibilities

I am poor because I cannot ask too many questions in the hope of knowing

I am poor because I am alone, when I ask for support

They say to me, You see! Did we not tell you we should be together

I am poor because my dreams are not supported

I am poor because my heart got long disconnected

I am poor because with all that I do, with all that I give, with all that I hope for

I stand to be corrected

I am poor because I am a soul long neglected

I am poor because you all worry in the eyes of society i stand to be perfected

I am a poor person defected and affected

I am a person long injected and infected

Emotions spray isn’t particular to a selected few
but self control reigns supreme if
the mind’s lock succumbs to the key of maturity.

A negative impact steams out of the boil of behaviour when;
the eye swells through the accumulating poisonous fluids of greed,
the hand finds cover in gloves of selfishness,
mentality drinks the wine of sentiments,
appetite suffers an absolute anarchy from instincts,
anger smokes in a mind highly inflammable
and hunger trespasses the out of bounds
encouraged by the effrontery of hormonal quests.

Character and attitude have no race, tribe or fraternity
hence human exhibition is distinctly individualistic
and the DNA of actions, solely created by its carrier.
but like a group of similar bones with same skin cover,
one can stand tall to be notable like the fore-finger.

Life As Performance Art

Independently individualistic
Burning man scorching communal display
Visionaries lifting sequenced dove mirages
A clapping happiness of quantum intrigue

Nature made creativity, man made himself
Stored through eternal feminine crystals
We are all that we've ever been
Consult your life, find it renewed

Let Me Be What I Had To Be

I chose to be nothing,
Individually I don't even exist,
selfless I have become,
so let me wonder around as what I really am.,

Live as I can,
give what I could,
within nature eye's shall I be,
one with every living thing indeed.,

I not created to be isolated from source of creation,
I not created to be manipulated into a selfish individualistic machine,
I am created to remain pure from the orders & desires coming from the higher system.,

Pure shall I remain,
not my problem that you cant see it,
not even you to blame,
just let me be what I had to be.

Reciprocal

Mitosis
movements
wrap together in
pulsing conduits
of vibrant vigor
to nudge
the prod of
creation

until all
division lines
fold down to
ampersands
welcoming
liberated
hands
operating
in unison

despite all
individualistic
instincts sordidly
hoarding for
dominion of
identity

denying
the swirling
dependencies
holding all
bodies in
godly
orbit.

Banksy Live Art

Your silent maid brushes all under the walled rug
Political hush hush

As our boys in blue chase white lines
Along the street
Around your signature red
Dead phone box

You are the stealth night fox
Armed with the obligatory brush
You spray your individualistic scent
Hellbent to widen the closed eyes of acceptance

You ridicule the prosperous
And quite rightly so!
You champion the underdog
The tiny frame which drags the weighty smug
and heavily arm the arrogant bug

Your name is daubed across many a brick
Hardliner
Redefiner of all that is unjust
A robin hood, to detest the sheriffs stale musk
You are the champion
Of many a soul
An enigma of thoughts
To the political toll
A living breathing artist of mind
Who fights for the cause of decent mankind

63 and Beyond

Gained in 1957 our Independence.
Hailed by all as the Black Star, the gateway and leader to Africa's independence.
At the turn of this decade, are we truly independent?
Not yet politically, economically, and socially truly independent?
All the toil and blood of our fathers were they in vain?

God, You did indeed bless our homeland, intended her to be great and strong.
Humility truly has made us boldless and fearful
All we have is pseudo-peace: no good name worthy of upholding and defending.
No longer does honesty reign in this nation, untruth of all kinds is the order of the day.
All of our strengths and our hearts we serve Ghana not but our selfish interests.

God invigorate us to defend our heritage
Humility kindly substitute with hard work, entrench honesty and please as jara add punctuality.
And help us to resist our self-serving individualistic nature.
Nurture unto to us leaders with the state’s prosperity truly in their hearts.
And with all our will and might we shall follow them, playing our best part, forevermore.

We Are It

God itself we are,
human life we have chosen,
chosen it as its the ideal way of life to one finding his / her light,
so many meaningful lessons on different paths.,

Until all paths shall become one,
indeed god would have learned more about its creation the universe,
its creation on different paths with different lessons to share & learn.,

Merge all into one sequence,
halting the division,
a individualistic division which is terminating the formulation of our divinity.

A Witch Trial

Socrates at a witch trial.
Still he pursued wisdom for generations to come.
Question authority, question everything, think for yourself.
Plato’s interpretation of a great philosopher.
Socrates at the stake, standing up for what is right.
Ethics and epistemology questioned the questions.
The ironic method of western philosophical traditions.
Moving towards a new era.
Athena the goddess of wisdom, standing by his side.
Another individualistic soul being condemned for philosophical thought.
