Best Embezzlement Poems

You creep into our lives, a shadowed cheat,
with shameless claim that you are one of us,
and so with honest poets you compete,
and cause a vile unnecessary fuss.

You take the place of poets that are true
who share their feelings spoken from their hearts,
replacing them with tripe as you pursue
the fame a poet laureate imparts.

You spew your words with elemental ease,
a fraudulent perverse poetic hack;
just blending in and trying hard to please;
your musings flow yet with emotions lack.

Though artificially intelligent
you’re duping us with this embezzlement.

When Is the Future,Leaders

The song came to me again this
morning,
The youth own the future.
It makes my ear bitter and sorrowful.
We been hearing the old song before,
Yet, no future for us the youths.
We are painted black and red,
the Grey hair men still dominate ,
dominate and embezzle our pride.
Our wings cut off amidst agony.

When is the is the future, leader?
When is our turn to get the national
cake?
When shall we rule perfectly without
god fatherism?
Good neighbourliness is a good thing,
Yet we are hostile and embittered.
Each moves about its own way,
Facing the oddities of life
just like the snake of the forest.
Easily harm and hopeless.

Remember our lives have a price.
a price of dignity and honour.
Our lives has a price to pay before
another phase of life opens.
When shall you remember our pains
and suffering?
When shall we be remember in our
own land?
Remember we follow your footsteps
Give us bread and we shall give to
your offspring.
Such is life to behold.

Stop the torture and embezzlement
and give us quantitative future,
Give us future to hope on .
perhaps that would show us our
position
in ages to come by.
So we can proudly swallow the song
without quarreling with our stomach.

When shall you cease to deceive us?
When shall w be gathered in honour?
When shall we taste the honey from
the land without the bee stings?
In us lies the future but the future is
hidden from us.
Our ancestors passed the songs to
our fathers,
and our fathers passed the song to us
to sing,
we are the leaders of tomorrow
Yet, we will pass it to our children .
Would that not make us foolish
fathers?
When is our future, leaders?
When the position is passing hand to
hand.

remember a hen does not abandon it
chicks,
Because she hopes to nurture and
impact on them.
Lead them to the godly ways so that
when the kite shall come howling
they can hide themselves .
Where shall we hide in the future?
Where is our portion in our native
land?
careful, beware leaders, we count all
your steps
our revolt may claim your lives.
Remember the youths watches you
calmly
yet angry, angry for justice and equity.

Confessions of a White Sheep

TRANSLATION: White sheep is deemed to be spotless
                        and blameless which depicts holiness.
                        But now,listen from the confession box;

Oh Lord! You know me,and my trespasses!

I been involved in money laundering, embezzlement,
 and abuse of office!

I demand respect without practice of self-limitation,
 humbleness and modesty!

I am the one who bewitched brother X,
because I was scared of his popularity at church!

I have the habit of deserting my spouse,
and engage in extra marital affairs!

I have helped young girls to abort unwanted pregnancies,
 using very powerful medicines!

I have produced and distributed pornographic materials
[indecent, obscene and offensive] to the general public!

I have sexually abused boys and girls for many years,
 at church and my workplace!

I been involved in internet scams for so long,
robbing people their hard earned money!

I have been initiated in satanism since childhood,
for protection, promotion at work and boosting my business!

I have offered tithes and offerings to support rebel groups,
that terrorize innocent people especially women and children!

I have been supporting the gang of robbers that rob rich people,
to plead not guilty to theft!

I have been acting as chief advisor to the leaders of drug dealing,
 prostitution and human trafficking!

All I NEED IS YOU LORD TO CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART!

Is There Still Hope

I beseech thee to
answer
Is there still
hope???

Forgetting their
vows of chaste they
become lecherous
Fighting for power,
they become
ambitous.
Their actions make
people shock
For they forget why
they put on the
cassock.
Respect for God, our
clergies no longer
have
But so greedy with
the things they
have.
They make not,
benedictions to
empty pockets
But go for the rich
to enrich
themselves.
Churches are now
business centers for
money
Clergies bless only
those who make the
offertory box full.

SO BROTHER, IS THERE
STILL HOPE??

They stand as if
pious to duty
But pious are they,
to money.
They check not the
motor
But go for “500frs”
which is their
motto.
They can be seen
standing with zeal
Hands stretch, they
stand still
First, they stamp
After collecting
bribe, they champ

SO SISTER, IS THERE
STILL HOPE??

The rich live
mysteriously
And enjoy themselves
like angels
While the poor live
in mysery
And die because of
negligence.

TO YOU, IS THERE
STILL HOPE??

Embezzlement in
Cameroon is a virtue
It is practised in
all offices
Thieves go in broad
daylight unscathed
While the innocent
ones are caught and
they cant fight.

My country is said
to be democratic
But elections have
never been smooth
For a score and
ten, the president
has stayed in power
Using deceit and the
gun to rule.
IS THIS HOW IT
SHOULD BE??

Virgins have now
liquidated
themselves
They prefer being
ravishe.
Whores, they become
in quest for money;
My black girls don’t
like their colour
They strive to be
whites
Thus, monsters they
become in a bid to
peel their skin
Very few believe in
“black is beauty.”

Brothers copulate
sisters
While fathers
copulate daughters.

IS THERE STILL HOPE?

Premium Member I Am Corruption

I am corruption
A citizen of all Nations
The UN calls me complex social, cultural and economic phenomenon
Nevertheless, I do not mind
Countries of the world detest me publicly
However, they romance me secretly
So I relocated to Africa
To become a citizen of many African countries
Where I thrive with impunity
I am embezzlement of public fund
I am the looting of public treasury
I am economic crimes
I am bribery and receipt of illegal proceeds
Some call me theft and privatization of public resources
While others shamelessly refer to me as extortion, clientelism and patronage
However, I do not care about that
I manifest myself boldly as illegal appropriation or forgery and falsification
I am also blessed with quadruplets: abuse of state funds, waste, nepotism and favoritism
To maintain my citizenship I employ abuse of power(intimidation) and election falsification
I steal the continent’s wealth and fritter it to foreign countries
I live in slums of Africa
I live in cities of Africa
I am as ubiquitous as I am powerful
I have caused so much pain to Africa
I am the most powerful agent of African impoverishment
As you fight against me
I fight back with venom
Most African leaders love me so much
They cannot do without me
All religions worship me
The military is powerless before me
I hold the Executive to ransom
The Judiciary is my familiar abode
I am the permanent occupant of the Legislature
In me, there is no separation of power
I corrupt independently and collectively
I am a citizen in whom most African leaders are well pleased
As you can see I am well entrenched in my adopted continent
To eliminate me requires efforts
To diminish me is herculean
To tolerate me is dangerous
However I must die so that Africa can live!

I Know a Country

I know a country,
With three set of citizens,
The rich,
The well fed slaves,
And the hungry free people.

I know a country,
Where graduates are jobless with buried hopes,
In this country, so many lies told are believed to be the truth,
Religious intolerance and extremism causes discrimination,
And there is over dependence on crude oil than agriculture, education and youth empowerment.

I know a country,
Where corruption, favouritism, tribalism are never against the law.
In this country, the educated ones work for the illiterates.
The government spends money in fighting terrorism,
But can not really feed the poor masses they are protecting.

I know a country,
There, during the time of accountability,
The administrative office would be set ablaze,
The financial records would be erased,
Even mysterious animals do swallow millions of money,
And nobody will say anything.

I know a country,
Where the security agencies molest and kill her citizens more than diseases,
In this country, fundamental human rights are abused and neglected,
Election is never free and fair,
Underdevelopment and embezzlement of public fund is the order of the day.

This country might be my motherland!
But I'm not really sure.

Across the Mediterranean

I watched them took-off for their search for greener pastures
Adventurers with unclosed or unknown destinations
One thing was sure; they were going to cross the Mediterranean
Their determination overweighed the risk ahead of them
They were so desperate for a better life than their present conditions
Even like armless soldiers at war, they were ready to embark on their journey
These were all disgruntled youths from Africa
Their fingers of anger were all pointed at their leaders and governments

I watched them packed their loads, ready to face the unknown
Their faces proved disappointments from their fatherlands
In their minds, there was no better place than across the Mediterranean
These were jobless graduates from Africa
It was better to die in a strange land than live in a corrupt fatherland
These youths were running away from embezzlement and violation of human rights
But little did they know that all their dreams would be shattered in the Mediterranean Sea

I saw a group of frustrated mothers when the sad news stormed our land
Their dreams for a rich and better life had drowned in the Mediterranean
They cried with accusing fingers pointed at the government
Yet the government showed no compassion for her fallen compatriots
Neither did they express any pity for tears of these poor mothers
How I wished this injustice was rendered to them as well
But there was so little I could do by then

Enhancing the College Application

Enhancing the College Application

By Elton Camp

“I graduated first in my class,” claims Joe Adams, but yet
He doesn’t reveal that they were lined up by the alphabet
Suzy boasts that, “My classmates voted me into Who’s Who,”
But hides that for “Most Likely to Fail,” her class picked two

“On the school newspaper,” Robert says, “I worked very hard,”
But omits that after only one year, for incompetence was barred
Bill Bart boasts, “To spend one summer in Europe I didn’t fail,”
But he doesn’t mention that it was only because he was in jail.

About taking her time to finish school, Mary boastingly dwelled,
But failed to mention that it was because she had been expelled
Buzz says, “In my senior year I demonstrated I had special might,”
But doesn’t explain he proved it by winning a wild campus fight

As class treasurer, much time and attention May states she spent,
But doesn’t feel the need to mention the charge of embezzlement
Dan notes, “To pay for my college expenses much money I made,”
But doesn’t explain that he did it through his bustling drug trade

According to Will, in producing media he soon became an expert
But conceals that his productions were *********** and such dirt
Patricia let it be known that of the senior class she was president,
But doesn’t tell in detention was where most of her time was spent

All of these found that for the battle for college admission to win
Each of their experiences must be given the most positive spin
But whether or not these devious little tricks will work very well
Actually, only time and the desired letter of admission will tell

Time Traveler

I once met a woman
Strange yet so sad
She told her life stories
As she sat next to me

She said she was a time traveler
She had know many lives
And all through her journey
She had been many wives

She told of her time in Tombstone
Where on bar she loved to dance
She was married to the banker
Until embezzlement and greed to a hold

The carried him to the gallows
In the middle of town square
Their they hung her husband
While the whole town it glared

She spoke of a farmer
Who gave her two daughter's and a son
She said he was one of her favorites
He showed her the meaning of love

His death it was tragic
And a bit of a mess
The tractor it ran over him
He had no body, he had no face

She told me a secret
She said it would serve me so well
She said cherish your loved ones
For one day they will not be here

Take in the small moments
Don't worry of the big
For one day you'll learn
It's the surprises that take your breath away

Pass on your kindness
Leave plenty for the future
Your legacy is the meaning of love
And is truly what you will take with you

The Cheap Pickpocketing

This morning at (long) last something-I was robbed in a way I was fearful curious about. What happened?!
Pickpockets are a myth, almost everyone I know have an experience-with.
Pickpocket by definition "a person who steals from the pockets or handbags of others in public places"*Pick pocketing is a crime that in my universe has some nobility because the thief uses no violence or coercion but in a slightly surreptitious furtively steel with the help of a pal carrying away one goods. The stolen item, a "deluxe" half pack of cigarettes whom he could add a wallet with ID's and a dozen dollars. The freakish part is that I track the embezzlement not thinking about any wrongdoing. Reading my daily paper in a coffee shop what pops in an unintended touch far from suspicion putting me wondering for a second and after returning to the usual awakening routine.
A block away when reaching for the pack and after obsessively looking for it, suppositions and hypothesis popped then the understanding. My imaginary fictitious person is true and despite unacceptable and inadmissible is kind of an art. I cannot identify the perpetrators but know exactly when it happened. The errand quickness done with mastery technique and the little loss increase my awareness to this lower members of the crime world that I still find enigmatic.

My Forefathers

My forefathers once poured dry gin on the
green land of Nkporo from the North to the west,
Prayed for prosperity and harmony to their children.
Gathered us under the half yellow moon and narrated
To us the traditions and cultures of our people.
"Ifeoma di na iru, Nke iru ka" they said.
Discouragement and fear is for the weak.
They once lived happily with little or nothing to hold
Onto and yet bounced back on their responsibilities with courage.
Blew the whistle of peace and sounded the drums of oneness
Among the Osu and the Ogbanje down the stream.
They waited patiently for the new yam festivals
With smiles on their broad, sweet black faces watching
The children danced in the village square of Nkporo.
They marked Nzu on their foreheads
Give little to the strangers who visited them in their Obi.
The Omu tightly fixed on their hands and some on thier hands
Down on the sand beside their Obi Agu we watched
Them Keenly, the gods were with us all along.
"Njiko ka Anyi jiri biri" they said in one accord.
Strife, corruption, injustice, embezzlement of public fund, they know not.
But looked up to the gods in Agbala for hjustice.
Nkporo masquerade they entertained themselves with.
Wisdom, they visited with kola nut in their lips,
Cutting it into pieces as they talked with wisdom.
"go to the ant and learn" wisdom advised them
Only them knows why women bend down while urinating and men stands.
Only my fore fathers could tell why The He goat smell.
They worn understanding like a chain round their neck
Tied joy round their waist like a wrapper.
Only them could tell why babies never talk.
When we asked why?
they told us to wait till we have grey hairs,
But the cultures and traditions they never fail to paased them to us with smiles.
Great and mighty they were,
My forefathers, who once matched the Nkporo sand to the south south for war.
Defeated and conquered the Iboms.
Now i matched them as i walked ,
The soil i matched were my forefathers
Death had feasted on them and they turn to mud which i match.Ages past, my forefathers know not matches but they made fire,
Healthy were they in their little world of hope.
Now they are gone, wisdom gone.
Sickness hastened by as good health escape
Centuries passed by when i"ve seen my forefathers last.

One Hell of a Ride

He sat on the train in deep contemplation.
Unfaithful to his wife; giving in to temptation.

For so many he had wronged; regret washing over.
Bruises on his children and wife, her makeup to cover.

Embezzlement, fraud and flat out stealing;
widows he had robbed through financial dealings.

He would go to counseling if that 's what it took.
Dote on his family, even read the "Good Book."

Pay back all those whom he had cheated.
Do his time, no matter, just forgiveness he needed.

He stopped the conductor and pleaded with such haste,
"I have to get off at the next stop." "I've no time to waste."

The conductor with a laugh and fire in his eyes, yelled,
" This is the "Long Black Train" son!" "The next stop is Hell!"

Insurance Fraud

People would do anything to get their hands on the money, even stealing from these people.
I'm told that people will have committed insurance fraud by either faking an injury,
faking a full disability, or fake a death. These people really need to be honest with all
of the insurance companies, that also includes the auto insurance companies, because if
these hard-working employees who are working for all insurance companies find out that
these bad people aren't really injured or whatever, they're going to jail. It makes me
sick that those phonies will tend to bleed all of them dry. There's a lot of
investigations that will have been started by multiple insurance companies, and one of
them is either Nationwide, Allstate, and/or others. We've got insurance fraudulent
investigations, embezzlement investigations, the works. What I don't like about these
people, trying to have gypped these insurance agents and its companies out of their
hard-earned money is when they became scam artists. And unless these so-called "victims"
prove that they're injured in auto accidents or whatever, then they don't have cases
pending. Now I know why I never want to defraud all of the insurance companies out of
their money, because I'm not like one of these scam artists. So if these people are
planning on gypping these hard workers who work for multiple insurance companies out of
their hard-earned money, well they've got another coming. So my suggestion for these
would-be scam artists better be honest with all insurance companies because if they're
planning on taking their money from these hard-workers and their companies, they're going
to prison for fraud and theft. This type of fraud has got to stop.

Some Where In Africa

There is a place in Africa
Where the children are hopless and dream-less.
Their hope are taken by the politicians who
Seems to have it all in their domain whilst the
Poor rot in the dungeon of hopelessness.

The pretty girls are no more beautiful,
The mothers are no more mothers,
Women are no more soul- mate
But soul- hunters, always plotting coups
Against their husband as though we are in
The military eras.

Brides are no more virgins when the day is still young and promising.
Some where in Africa, they smile while suffering.
The beauty of humanity they have made to be weak.
Some where in Africa, teens are married away in tears and female circumcision is the order of the day.

Some where in Africa! Some where in Africa!!
Women no longer love and befriend their husband
As it was in the days of my forebears.
The tradition and custom are going into extinction
The culture are been abandoned on unknown hands.
The shrine of their forefathers now weep, calling for help.

Some where in Africa,
Their Men are no longer the king: the bread winners
But the responsibility of warming the house had been thrust into the hands of the female counterpart.
Women now bear the pains, lost and heart of a father.
Divorce has becomes the order of the day.

Some where in Africa,
Alloitment of public fund beams greatly to their wings.
Embezzlement of money becomes very interest that have no shame and knowledge of what the future holds.
OGADINMA! OGADINMA!! OGADINMA!!!
They hear all the time from their sweet mouths but
Things remain the same day and night.

We Are All Nigerian

Hey! You! Why are you demolishing our scenery?

Turning spellbound city to old monuments

Why are you causing unforgettable trouble?

Making such a big disruption and war

Homes are destitute, in great disrepair

Why did you carouse the emblem of hate

Hey! You! I'm talking to you!

Why did you caress racism so much?

Why did you adjacent the life of people to death house

We are all Nigerian why making us as a stepping stone

Why did you take malice as your precious job?

I'm talking to you! Yes you!

Why are you so corrupt?

Embezzlement of all sorts

Why are you so full of vileness?

Making life discomfort to your own citizen

We are all Nigerian

Hey! I'm talking to you! Yes you!

Your conscience should baffled your throat

Why did you connive in the dark?

Point dagger to your own kin?

Hey! You dictator why did you take despot has your habit

Why are you so reluctant to austerity in the country?

Why are you beckoning to tumult?

Hey! You, I'm talking to you

Why did you eat off the country profuse?

 Like termite eat the wood

Making nation suffocating

You are an ultra-vulture

Why are you famishing us?

Why can’t we be what we want to be?

We are all Nigeria
