Who is or was Eleanor Rigby ?

Eleanor Rigby
Lost her 1st Born Son and Husband
To World War 2
She then dedicated her life to the Church
Overcome by grief and loss
She became a Nun
To seek solace and relief
She searched for her answers in God
And placed her faith in religion
Lives in a dream
Masking a face of bereavement
Like all the other lonely people
Picking up rice pretending to smile
in a face she keeps inside a
message in an old milk bottle
that reminds her of Maternal weaning
Destined to die alone
Until Father Lennon McCartney eventually reads her obituary
At her funeral in Strawberry Field's
where no 1 will come
Back to the dirt from whence she came
To rejoin her family again
Rejoicing
War is Over
God's Vestal Angel
Eleanor is Saved
In song we remember
Eleanor Liver Beatle
You'll Never Walk Alone

Encouraging my gifts, writing and art,
a grandpa who loves with all his big heart.
We met by chance and great friends we became.
He souped me and I recognized his name,
wanted a gift made by me, “right now I’ll start!”
The kindness from him crossed the finish line,
appreciation for my hand made sign.
Emails back and forth of true faith and hope,
teaching me the Word is the way to cope.
His benevolence is fine and divine.
Just like myself he believes in the Lord,
brings hope to me when offering accord.
Makes me feel so special here on the soup,
never would have met him without this group.
For meeting him was my greatest reward.
Curtis Moorman, it’s you that I speak of…
full of impressing compassion and love.

Shut The Hell Up
Author: Steve Curtis
Singing in the shower
Singing my song
Cats are caterwauling
Dogs howling along
Rooster is crowing
Wants to drown me out
Magpies are calling
Such a din I've never heard
Kookaburras laughing
Who's that knocking on my wall
Shouting, shut the hell up

To Curtis, I joke
to baby avatar
so you are running a contest
picturing yourself as a waiter
"a cup of sueze you stressed?"
i can read your lines now
so apparent you are
all lips and pantomime
sounds to me ... like your (hidden) fare?
Keep in mind the naked baby in a tub
and your ruses
and glee club
... and now my muses
sir would you like a menu
and a top off of your coffee
at my venue
with me
i have a special today
that'll blow you away
it's called a rock bottom fillet
and a sweet nectar spray
or i have the green eggs and ham
a batter of pancakes
that slam
and whipped shakes
sir if you need more time to decide
the hoist of choices
lests i remind you it will be a good ride
with the waiter with the most-ess
see that wasn't that bad
compared to your mean comments

I can feel the darkness trying to swallow me whole.
Emotionally I'm a mess, and I feel I'm losing my soul!
The pain just aches causing me to lose consciousness.
So many mistakes and I never thought of the consequences.
I'm absolutely alone, and I'm desperately trying to get back.
A loneliness like I've never known, the day I stepped away from that track!
Being confined has refined the mind to get back on track;
Lack of affection produced a yearning desire, my fire requires freedom!
Hope has kept me inspired, I'm seeking a wounded soul to mold;
One who can hold my thoughts, I may obtain the antidote towards her pain.
If she's out there, then maybe we can ride the train while we explain;
How to get on the same track of happiness after all the sadness.....
Note: I wrote first stanza. My brother in this struggle wrote the second
stanza. To say "hey" to this fine poet you may write him at:

I don't think anyone here he did miss
Let us men shake your hand
For your tribute's so grand
And from the ladies a poetic kiss.
Thank you Curtis.

A dedicated verse to CURTIS MOORMAN---IN WRITING HIS PRAISE WRITE ON
O’ beautiful humanity
Fellow brothers of iniquities, yet saved graciously
Write on, write on
Rolling heaven clouds, soar
Let not hands and fingers never still
Be alive continue to write peace be still
Keep mindful of God’s quills
Remember thought
Redeeming times be witness will
Pen in hand
Hand on keyboard
Write on, write on
Share those the words from co-creator God
He whom gives to us one and all
Freedom surely becksNcalls
Write on, write on
Rest not the testimony
Your testimony for the peoples
Raise high your hands write those pieces
Of letters stern ever firm full of grace places smiles on faces
Reprove, be moved by love not choice
Write on, write those encouraging verse
Be loud, be Godly proud
Write a verse, nev’er stop
Even least one in good times or bad
Write on whether happy or sad
If the gift you choose God given you
You won’t use
Use it before you lose it mankind needs you
Let not the wind still
In writings always praise, praise
Praise, praise, praise, praise, praise
HIM

There is sweat pouring down my face like a river
And I’m shaking all over with utter terror
Slowly, unwillingly, my feet drag me in the direction
To the place where my horrible fate lays waiting
Oh God! What have I done to deserve this?
One on each side they flank me, there is no escape
They lead me into the grey room, I cast my eyes about
There it sat, in the middle, looking deathly ominous
It was the chair of doom, waiting for me, almost alive
They escorted me to it and I had to sit myself down
The arms wrapped around as if to prevent escape
Next to it, were the instruments that would be used
Now that I was in the chair what was to happen was inevitable
It was only a matter of counting down the remaining minutes
Then I heard those dreaded words, those fateful words
“Open your mouth, let’s see which tooth is giving you trouble”

Following down the sidewalks
Watching from my backyard,
Everywhere I go, he stalks
Waiting to catch me off guard
Even in the safest places
My town, my school, my home,
The shape of his masked face is
Hiding wherever I may roam
Lock yourself into a closet
Behind dresses and blue jean,
Fight back and scream 'cause it
Is the night of Halloween
And, when fear is so unbridled
And helpful friends are not there,
Remember, everyone is entitled
To at least one good scare.

Curtis Moorman is seventy five today
And I hope everything goes his way
His family will spoil him that I know
He deserves some cheer, rightly so
Won a twist contest when he was seventeen
Again at sixty seven, he was the best on the scene
Saturday night fever comes to mind
Golden feet Curtis was one of a kind
He dances no more and that is a shame
Many from the old days will remember his name
He answered the call from Uncle Sam
Proudly served his country in Vietnam
I've known Curtis a short time from here on the soup
But we've got one thing in common, we're part of the group
He composes some beautiful poetry
See for yourself, I’m sure you’ll agree
So please join me and give him a loud cheer
I’ll toast him later with a glass of beer
Happy 75th Curtis, Have a great day.

"Dedication to Brother Curtis Moorman
~~~I put my trust, my trust on the cross
And the one who hung there to save me and the lost Jesus, Jesus"
I PUT MY TRUST IN JESUS---
I know you trust Him
Our God
I know you love Him
My Lord
And if my Jesus had to suffer
And if my Lord had to die
And If I wanna be just like Him
Then I also shall rise, rise… I too shall rise..
I put my trust, my trust on the cross
And the one who hung there to save me and the lost Jesus, Jesus
Just as I do,
But in the manner of our Lord I choose
To worship Him because I want too
And if my Savior Jesus Christ,
He prayed to the Father
Then also and so shall I
I put my trust, my trust on the cross
And the one who hung there to save me and the lost Jesus, Jesus
I’ll reach my voice and hands to the skies;
And if my Lord had to die
If I been just like Him
Then I also shall rise
Just as I do,
But in the manner of our Lord I choose
To worship Him because I want too
I put my trust, my trust on Jesus
I put my trust, my trust on Jesus
Jesus
God will strengthen you
In whatever way it is needed to;
And I know you can trust Him just as I do;
Like a work in progress He’s not finished with you;
But in the manner of our Lord Jesus;
God has Blessed me beyond measure;
It is His plesure;
To continually blessing, to keep on blessing you;
So when you’re done praying, keep on believing;
Just as I do,
But in the manner of our Lord I choose
To worship Him because I want too
I put my trust, my trust on Jesus
I put my trust, my trust on Jesus
Jesus
I am tired of living up to peoples expectations.
Do I have the qualifications to be your daughter?
Why even bother to try?
Why can't people have some patience
or even a little more confidence in me,
cuz you'll see later on...I will be gone,
Making my life better than yours,
making myself the best that I can be.
Can't you see that I do want your advice,
but you can't make the choice on my decisions.
I feel like you are trying to make
an incision into my soul
and change all my goals.
I'm tired of this life of mine.
I need to change this life of mine into bliss,
cuz I want freedom.
I need to take a couple steps back
and see what kind of track I am walking.
I hear you talking
'bout how I'm not such a great person
as people think.
You need to look in the mirror,
cuz you don't have such a perfect career either.
Neither you nor I are perfect ones in this world.
Gee, Mr.Curtis, if you really think about it,
your whole life's a lie.
-sigh- huh.
To me Lloyd can’t attend:
He does badly offend,
Customers’ patience bend;
After them could dogs send,
So that cries might air rend,
One sure to go crazy,
When Lloyd’s answer is lazy…
I’d pay Lloyd good money
But found it not funny,
As Lloyd made it out wealth
Grabbed from off-and-on stealth.
Now, I’m free to wilt
And courage lose long built…
I draw not Lloyd’s notice,
For he serves not Curtis.
YOU COMPLETE ME
A Collaboration on poem by Curtis Moorman and James Edward Lee Sr.
My eyes look for you
My heart bleeds the truth
My spirit enters your soul completely
My mind is stayed on you
My lips speak your name softly
My arms remain empty without you
By doing the above
Reaching up
You complete me
~
My hands and my arms embraces you;
My mind regenerates those feelings;
Separated in heaven;
Birth here on earth;
Separated it hurts;
Come to me,come unto me my, darling
Hold my hands stare into my soul
Reaching up
You complete me
