Best Brotherbrother Poems
Matthew, Beautiful with his hazle, brown, green, eyes.
He has been a favorite of the ladies since my mom brought him home.
The darkness of the brown in his skin, but the light in to, is so raidient.
He can make one laugh, like no one else.
He's ten, but man he can act like a little old man that has gone through life.
He try's to boss me, ha! that little reble.
Somtimes I feel like I'm a bad example For him.
I wonder if he loves me, I know he does, but I just wonder sometimes.
My baby brother he will always be, and I will love, even when he hates me.
He will suceed, for sure.
Baby brother I love you.
Please love me.
For a while our mommy got fat
and so grouchy. I didn’t like that!
But early one day
Dad took mommy away.
They came back and her tummy was flat!
In her arms there was something so small
that I barely could see it at all.
I just wanted to hold
it. You’d think it was gold!
They said, “Don’t let your new brother fall.”
You bawled every day with such might
you gave our cat, Felix, a fright.
It was such a great day
When I heard Mommy say,
“The baby now sleeps through the night.”
Your first smile today was for me.
You’re going to be a good buddy.
There’s so much that we’ll do.
Here’s my promise to you:
The best brother ever I’ll be!

"Brotherly Love"
Viet Nam has left many with mental pictures
Images, that some, just couldn't forget.
And when it was over and troops were home
Many vanished, living alone with their regret.
Some found themselves living on the streets
Disrespected and blamed for an unjust war.
Spat upon by some, and psychologically ill
Now doubting what they had fought for.
My brother was a soldier mentally tough
Decorated and wounded during his 23 years.
Was it the pressure of being a civilian
That caused family to shed those tears?
Joe's name isn't written on the traveling wall
Nor does a granite headstone mark his spot.
Yet I count Joe D. among the living dead
Just another memory that time can't blot.
My brother has been missing since 1984
Still just in diapers himself and already his brother’s keeper;
Logan watches lovingly as Lucas naps in sleepers.
Perhaps it’s in his DNA or the symptoms of a first born son,
But Logan has bonded with his little brother more than any one.
He was fascinated with Mommy’s belly, knowing a brother grew within;
His head he laid upon her bump and would carefully listen.
The first day they brought Lucas home he watched his brother cry
And promised in his little head that being a good brother he would try.
Future years will bring competitiveness and perhaps a fight or two,
But Logan always will be the older brother that Lucas can look up to.
It starts when they are very young, sharing toys and hand-me-down clothes;
The bond formed between two closely born sons nobody else can know.

My brother got a game
I’m jealous
My brother goes to Notre Dame
I’m jealous
My brother gets paid
I’m jealous
My brother gets laid
I’m jealous
My brother eats dinner
I’m jealous
My brother gets thinner
I’m jealous
My brother goes to school
I’m jealous
My brother is really cool
I’m jealous
My brother is this
I’m jealous
My brother is that
I’m jealous
My brother is everything positive
I’m jealous
I’m nothing
I’m jealous
i lay over my brother
i feel so proud,
is this what a brother
is all about,
to take you under my wing you see
a will be there if you need me,
to look at you with a mighty smile
you make my life all worth while,
so sleepy as you lay there
a new born brother with no hair,
what will you be when you grow up
i will be around if you need shook up,
all the beauty mother gave to you
she gave you life that,s so true,
my heart melts as you look on up
to your brother who gives you love,
a bonnie baby as you are,
with cheeky smiles and endless love,
to watch you walk and follow me,
i will learn you how even to pee,
as the things when we grow up
learn you to shave with out a cut,
that,s many years to come as yet,
we will bug mum to buy a pet,
things will be good when you grow up,
to chase the girls and show them love,
we will be by each others side,
hope am there when you find a bride.
my little brother i give you love,
i will be quiet in case you wake up,
will look over your shoulder and watch you breath,
just remember i am there if you need me,
all the time when your around,
i both hope we make our mother proud,
with our hearts we hope this is true,
my little brother i do love you,,,
My brother can be a pain in the @**
Especially when he says "Watch your sass"
He doesn't know how annoying he is
He being the older brother I being the younger sis
But I have to say
I love him today
Just for him being him
The leaves are falling slowly to the ground as we run, play, and roll around, We throw the leaves up high in the air and we run around as they fall in our hair, Its time to come in and have our snacks, Drink our milk, And take a nap, As our friends wait for us to come on back, We take our lunch out and have a picnic in back, As we sit down and eat as we lay on our back, We make a trap with a string and box, Thinking it would be cool to catch a fox, Instead we caught a little white bunny and my brother thought that was really funny, We looked inside and saw he was sad,So we let him return home to the family he had, As I turn to look at my brother Brad, Our mother called us in and said it was time for bed, So we took our baths and laid in our beds and I said to my brother...look how much fun we had.
A visit to the graveyard will bring
you sadness of,
saying goodbye to a love one or friend,
Today I went to say goodbye to my
dear brother who I
truly loved so.
He was a friend I could always count on,
for so many years, he had such warmth
around him and through his heart.
He was my hero and idol, who I really
looked up to, many times growing up,
he gave me his last dime.
So many times he brought me smiles
with his humor, that he carried
to my soul.
Darrell I want you to know how much
I truly love you and will miss
you so much.
Saying goodbye for now my friend and
dear brother, just wait a little longer
I will be up there to see you and mom once again.

Late one night the lord took my brother away, for a very short time i wondered where my
brother would stay.Soon i came to realize the lord had called him home, for no longer on
earth would he have to roam. For thirty-one years in circles he went, the lord stopped the
circles with the angels he sent.I pray each and every day to see him and it's very hard to
wait, but this i know when the lord calls me home,my brother will be standing at the gait.
