"In those vernal seasons of the year when the air is calm and pleasant, it were an injury and sullenness against nature not to go out and see her riches, and partake in her rejoicing with heaven and earth." - John Milton
Valleys, fields, meadows and hills take on a sunny glow.
Everything is fresh, and nature’s new creatures flourish and grow.
Rains pour down; mountain streams joined to rivers flow.
Never at least till fall must I worry about streets filled with snow.
Abloom are various flowers and trees; they put on beautiful show.
Life renews and songs fill the air as spring’s birds fly to and fro.

I fast boy, this aint no foot race
What you playing?
What, you think you got a game ginni in your game pack
Well, I paint Black
And stain them in Pain on rare occasions
Occassionaly coming up in death throes
Dead body is my stomping ground on this beat
My melody be blasting bastards, knocking em backwards
the Force of theses 5 Felonies be unappropriate behaviors
And if you ever seen me in Airstrik...es,
Well, when you seem me you'll be very quiet
And if you thought it was adequate
my accurrecy so precise you can't phantom the damn damage
You know Im real skilled, and the satisfaction of it leaves me upset still
It was Mercy from God for me to carry this pain cause it suits me like it is a deep love
If Seashell's is ever in Hell then I'll be busting a knucklehead if he wants to act a badass
This aint a brag, no we never come in a boast boy,in my conduct I be, I promise you honorable,I standup as I stand for a higher standard
and when i get mad i act bad, When im in a heavy conflict
jaxattacks are my chosen tactics,
And nowhere in my eyes does she see me ever being a leader or getting the best of a ***** when she on my badside

SUMMER SUMMER
‘S earing is believing’, so to say
U mbrella-shaded or not, all is hay.
M uggy months with their max-it-out man hours,
M ay being the maddest in gods' asylum.
E ven the other three and those scrimpy
R ains tend to simmer a la summer.
S howering and changing and showering
U nwinding at night under the awning.
Mangoe-like season's fruits, local palm's gifts
M ade-at-home drinks and coconut juice.
E ndothermic, bodies turn, to sink extra heat
R efreshed and trim, it is COOL summer times.

After 365 days of
Balancing our daily routines,
Caring for our loved ones,
Daring to dream of relaxing days - yes,
Even after realising it's all
Futile, we still wait to have our
Great days, our very own
Happy mornings - long live our
Imagination; But let's not just
Judge the year gone past, badly;
Keeping ourselves in good health,
Longing to have some "me time",
Maintaining good relationships -
Never have all these been more important
Or sought after, than in these
Post-covid times - rather, an essential
Quiet gap between difficult times of
Rains, virus and wars, among others;
Somewhere between tragedies, we became
Thankful for the silver linings - appreciating
Universal peace and helping each other;
Vacations and holidays recharged us and I
Wish that we get more of those every year.
X-mas now gives way to the start of a new
Year - a year that I hope keeps us all safe,
Zestful and yearning for a peaceful life.

From my pocket I draw forth my friend
The best of me
I have held her inside this moistened leaf of lily
Since the day I set down booted feet across these desert sands
One lifetime ago I cried a single tear and herein I placed
As it lay dying on the shore of years gone by
Across the breadth of this leaf
Across the width of this leaf
To breathe it back
To breathe it back and liven it too
That I might,
That I would,
That I have
Held my friend the best of me in this leaf
Who breathes
Who lives
Who waits
Has waited for me
Though the expanse of blistering sands yawned before me
All around me for years and . . . twice in life a time lost was I amidst these dunes
I can feel it whispering silently
With its cool tepid breath brushing lightly across my back
My neck with feather light kisses
Creeping over the tips of my short cut hair
Comes the memory I am afraid to see
Still I turn and I look
I do, I do . . .
I cup my hands before in the shade of me
And I sigh a soft whispering of breath
Across her sleeping body to wake her gently
So in the dying moonlight
She wakes
With a fluttering of eyelashes
We meet once more again
The best of me
My friend
And I smile a quiet sort of smile
That echoes the murmur of day
Across her skin glimmering inside the shade
“L’ia Ains cy’rinn a’elle . . .” breathe I

S-harper than any double-edged sword,

An Acrostic Storms
Snows and rain.
Tropical cloudbursts cause clouds burst.
Occasional rains pour.
Rains snow rain pour.
Many hits kick flash erupt.
Small whirlwinds sink surmounts as acrostic.
