Ilene Bauer Poet Rhyme

Zion

Adjectives can't cut it
When you're gazing up in awe.
Even photos don't do justice
To describe what you just saw.

The colors and formations -
Different every way you turn -
Are reminders that with travel,
There is so much you can learn.

I am humbled and I'm grateful
That I've had the chance to visit
All the beauty that is Zion -
(Here's my adjective) - exquisite!
