Zen Mode
heart contractions arise
because we react
to nonevents
which we notice
is it not wonderful
that we’re offered a chance
to overcome illusionary adversity
within this lucid earth life dream
thereby becoming enabled
to remain equanimous
in midst of storms
we take as real
till we awake
so be it
