Zen
"Zen is not an art,
it's not a religion.
It's a realisation" - Gene Clark
If you are hungry, eat food.
If you are thirsty, drink water.
Don't be afraid if you see a black cat
crossing a path right in front of you;
it's only an animal going somewhere.
An owl hooting on your roof doesn't
mean someone will die;
it's only a bird making sounds.
Before I was born, leaves were green.
After I die, leaves will still remain green.
A hand that touches red coal will burn;
A hand that touches ice will feel cold.
The only happiness you see up on a mountain,
is the one that you bring.
No one can force you to be joyful.
Summer will always follow spring;
Winter will always follow Autumn....
There's nothing new under the Sun;
things are as they are.....
