Zen

Clear one's thoughts and meditate
Chaos absent when mind floats free
Enlightenment is perfected state
Zen achieved no mental debris.

Go with the flow and be content
River of life can be raging torrent
Wrapped in calmness anger spent
Negative thought now quite abhorrent.

Mentally think of beautiful place
When life has harried beyond the pale
Moment of peace will restore pure grace
Calmness of zen will always prevail.
