Yuck

YUCK

I know we are supposed to love them
all creatures great and small

I know God had a reason
when he created those that crawl

even those that creep and flit
are part of a master plan

filling every earthly niche
in air, in water, on land

but Lord in your mighty scheme
please tell me in what mood

as you perused your work
and saw that it was good

inspected every nook and cranny
touched every leaf and twig

prompted you without a glance
to invent the pesky earwig.

Ah, but if you ponder a while, I'm sure there are creatures more vile:-) FUN ONE! Down with wigs! Up with gnats! Maybe a flock of earwig-craving bats? OTAY, I'm done being silly.

Lol awesome :) fave Loving all with a lil hate on for the earwigs myself; while I watch my step to avoid ants I flick earwigs with glee, "giving them flying lessons"... they do bring out the evil in me ;p

Yes, they are disgusting animals, but the ones that frighten me the most are spiders, small to huge, I don't want to have anything to do with any of them...I hate spiders! How about you, do you hate spiders? I think those are the worst things that God ever created, but they do serve a purpose, just like the earwigs! I'm not sure of the purpose of the earwig is, but it must be something...food for the birds maybe? I surely loved reading your magnificent poem this morning! Great Work!!

no spiders I catch in a jar and put them outside they are helpful creatures but ugly as all get out. Earwigs are just there in your food, bath tub where ever. They have those two little grabby things on their bottom gross me green. Thanks for dropping by be well today. Hi Emma!

It is a small silvery or ark insect with many legs.It has two little horn like things on its butt that turn in toward each other. about 1/2 inch to 1 inch long, low to the ground. likes damp places in the garden eats your plants, eats your food in the house and just hangs around being ugly.
