You'Ve Never Been Loved By You

What do you know Self loathing spills Don't realize your own worth Can't understand what I see You've never seen you with my eyes Never felt the vanity at the reflection Of me in your eyes I love how I look in your eyes as you love me You'd understand my love for you If you'd ever been loved by you You would know the immensity of it You'd feel the soul shattering connection If you ever got to love you And were loved back by you in return You'd know my reluctance to give up You'd know the pain of your absence Loving you and being loved by you The world's greatest sensations To be me in front of you To have you love me for it You've always had you He's only known love with you Only I know the pain of having you and then having to watch you go Taken for granted By him because he's not had to watch you leave And yourself You'd understand my heart if had ever been loved by you
