You'Re Not Who You Were

Look what you've done
Look who you've become
Someone you said you wouldn't
Something you said you couldn't

I'm wondering how I ever fell
For someone that I thought I could tell
everything, my secrets, my dreams, and everything inbetween
Everything was once so serene

You made false promises
and all I could see was you and me
How stupid am I to be so naive
Actually thinking there was something to believe

Time was wasted, hearts were broken
Words were said, that shouldn't have been spoken
Dreams were dropped, as our hearts stopped
Stopped loving what we once knew

It use to be us, now its just me
and then somewhere along the line.. its you
You're not who I knew, you're not what I thought
Mistakes happen, but I still miss you a lot.
