Your Shadow
YOUR SHADOW
As I opened my eyelids
You went away
But….
A ‘you ‘in dream
Is lovelier than the ‘you’ on heels
And still lovelier is your shadow
Like greenery
More idyllic than the hills.
Stay
Or would you ever like
Somebody in your ignorance
Seeing you, Dear,
At will?
