Your Nuances and Quirks
Hello, I’m glad we know each other,
Let me tell you what I think of you,
About those little things you say,
About all those things you do.
I love your hidden smile when
You see something others didn’t see,
To how you love to exaggerate and
Use earth sized hyperbole.
And then you plan a trip overseas
To hike to a mountain peak
But instead you book a scuba diving course,
All within a week.
I love your nuances, your traits, your quirks,
The things that are yours alone.
You’re the music playing inside my head,
My beautiful, powerful megaphone.
