Your Lying Eyes
As get up and on my way
Strolling towards the pier
On this fine sun shining day
Looking for someplace cool
Where I can drink a beer
I noticed a lady sitting very near
She gradually peered up to see me
Oh what a mystery as her
Lying eyes surrounded
The spirit that lives in me
As if she had control of those
Deep dark lying eyes that now
Controlled the vessel that guides what I see
At this point, I'm starting
To despise what this lady has done
With her lying eyes before I could realize
I was sitting down when she said now
Open your eyes, and don't try to be wise
Or I will let these lying eyes
Take you on this wild crazy ride
Way up be honed the sky
When you ask yourself why
Then you should have never looked
At me because of my lying eyes
Has captured you as my prize
Unfortunately, this has
Led to your demise
Nobody dares try to look
Into my lying eyes
And ever lives
To tell a lie
