Your Love Pulls Me

Love has a gleam to warm and satisfy
to be bequeathed by hearts of gold
as this becomes a love to sanctify
to be a place of warmth while growing old
in a timeless journey so magical
Where hands are held in quiet contentment
When love becomes a realm so natural
And memories made are a covenant
As your love pulls me through the days we live
We have heard the sighs and cries we have known
and do not need to forget or forgive
in our sanctuary where love has grown
We have found the farthest edge of our dream
And came to feel as one with our love's gleam

Hello Frederic, this sonnet carries such a graceful sense of devotion and it feels timeless, like a vow spoken in quiet reverence. I really admire how you let the imagery of warmth and covenant unfold into a vision of love that endures through both joy and hardship. Excellent! Autumn Blessings, Frederic, Daniel
