Your Hate

You hate me.
I don’t understand.
All I was, was kind.
All I was, was loving.
I cared for you.
I was the only one there for you,
when no one else was.
You say someone else was there,
and leave me in the dark.
I was there, no one else.
You hate me,
so you don’t want to admit I helped you.
I thought your hate was fake,
but it was your love that was.
