Duke Beaufort Poet Limerick

Your Flushed

The balance will never go down
Account holders shall only frown
Visa and Master 
Card decks fill with laughter
While consumers toil as the clown

Author's note:  The rates they charge and the time it takes to pay off revolving credit ensnares the naive and the desperate.  It is part of a plan.

Debbie Duncan August 25, 2015 at 1:37 AM Great write,,, I have no credit card debt. I refuse to play that game. Though I just bought a 48 inch smart TV from Target on my Target card $544.80. Before that I had a 60 inch dinosaur :) I owe $95;00 which I will pay off Sept. :)
