Your Doll

I'm sorry
Is this ok
Tell me how high
And I'll jump
" let's work together
But what I say goes"
Oh yes
Of course
Because this is your dictatorship
After all
I'm your doll
A lifeless soulless corpse
I am one with the dead
To do your bidding
Your obedient puppet
I shall perform for you
After all
It is all you will allow me to do
No one shall have me
I am all for you
Besides
I have no chose in the matter
Being the baby doll
You think I am
I wouldn't cry so much
But you keep on hurting me
I'm sorry
I know
I messed up
After all every thing is my fault
All your failures
You blame on me
I'm sorry
I'll take the beating
May it be mentally or physically
I'm pretending for you
Until the time is right
I'll be your perfect doll
But I warn you
You will be even more dead then me by dawn

oh my, that is a great twist I agree with Connie, this says it all, and in the end, the man can face the ultimate wrath of the woman abused for so many years.

Living with someone who is domineering, pompous and narcissistic and abusive is a situation many women tollerate because they may have no choice. Your poem says it all and I can relate.
