I’ve met a girl so kind, sweet and young The one who makes my soft heart refreshed I’ve met a girl with a biting tongue The kind that burns my sensitive flesh The one who makes my soft heart refreshed Is the one who is my long-lost twin The kind that burns my sensitive flesh Is the kind I would throw in the bin Is the one who is my long-lost twin The reason why I need my Lord to thank? Is the kind I would throw in the bin The reason why my memory’s blank? The reason why I need my Lord to thank? I’ve met a girl so kind, sweet and young The reason why my memory’s blank? I’ve met a girl with a biting tongue.
