Author's Notes: This Shakespearean Sonnet, entitled: "Your Beautiful Heart Doth Beat," is a romantic sonnet reflecting a true, passionate, and exciting love between two people who by their mutual destiny and fate have found one another. I used the delight of the woman's "Beautiful Heart" and the "magic of its beat and its brilliant tempo" as theme points and a metaphor for further developing the passion and joy of the couple's love for one another. This gave me the foundation I needed to complete the picture of their God-inspired love and the notion that it was an actual gift from God Himself and a reflection of His divine love. In the end couplet of this sonnet, the man makes his special prayer to God beseeching that he may have the woman's love forever, and then ends by declaring his love and that he shall never leave her.
