Or caring we used to show
Now a days it's hard to find
Love or help of any kind
Most people are too busy
To stop, take a look and see
Others in this world just might
Feel alone. out of sight
When they could use a helping hand
To get back on their feet and stand
Or a friendly and kind smile
Shoulders to lean on a while
Someone to listen carefully
How great could we really be
If we took a moment out
To help someone thrown about
In life who's waiting for
Someone to open a door
Letting them in from the cold
Into warm arms that will hold
Them for just a little bit
Hugs and attention. perfect fit
To make dark grey skies turn blue
Who knows, one day it's probably you
Who is waiting for somone
To make sure you overcome
Any problems in the way
Of you having a sunny day
So don't turn your back when you
Notice tears on someone who
Just needs a lift from a stranger
Saving them from any danger
That happens if you don't care enough
To see someone through a tough
Place or time, don't walk away
Karma will come back some day
